2 Exhibit Hall New Layout This Year!! Exhibit Booths are available for $1,200 which includes one event registration. Priority will be given for booth selection based on Chapter level. Note that President s Club Sponsors will receive a complimentary booth space, Gold Sponsors will receive 50% discount on booth space, and Silver Sponsors will receive a 25% discount on booth space. Exhibit booth will consist of (1) 6ft. Table, (2) chairs, (1) trash can, electrical available upon request for an additional fee from the hotel. Booths should be set up by Tuesday afternoon, prior to the President s 5pm. The breakdown of booths can occur anytime after the last session on Friday.

5 Past President s Dinner $750 Two Opportunities The sponsors of this opportunity gains the exclusive right to be the host of the SCHFMA Past President s Dinner at Thoroughbreds Chophouse and Seafood Grille on Tuesday. Dinner will be fully planned by the Social Events Committee. Company logo and name will be prominently featured on invitations and sponsor will be able to attend this dinner that is reserved for Past Presidents of SCHFMA and current officers of SCHFMA. President s Opening Reception $1,000 One Opportunity The President s Opening Reception will take place on Tuesday and will be open to all members. Featuring drinks and hors d oeuvres planned by the Social Events Committee, the President s Reception is the unofficial start of the Annual Institute. Sponsor s company logo will be displayed in the bar area and sponsor will be acknowledged by Chapter President or officer. Networking Breakfast $600 Two Opportunities Wednesday or Thursday breakfast Sponsor s name to appear in all brochures and marketing material where the agenda is printed. Chapter Wednesday Night Dinner (TBA) $1,000 Three Opportunities The Chapter Dinner will take place on Wednesday evening and will be open to all members. The Sponsor s company name will be prominently featured on advertising for this fun event which will feature some great food and an open bar. Provider In Room Gifts $250 One Opportunity This opportunity will allow the sponsor exclusive rights to provide a gift that will be delivered to Providers staying at the hotel. The gift must be supplied by the sponsor and can include any accoutrement of the paying sponsor s choice. Tent Sponsor for Outdoor Activities $500 Two Opportunities Tent sponsorship for outdoor activities Family Lunch on the Lawn and Volleyball Awards. Sponsor will be recognized by President or Chapter Officer during each event.

7 Jerry Walker Beach Volley Ball Tournament $600 Four Opportunities The Jerry Walker Beach Volley Ball Tournament has become a favorite SCHFMA tradition. The sponsor s of this event will be featured on all team shirts and prominently featured on all literature, fliers and signup tables. This event is extremely well attended and includes beach chairs, beverages, official referees and copious amounts of good old fashioned excitement and competition. Who will win the top honors this year? If you don t attend, you ll have to wait until the Awards Ceremony held later in the afternoon to find out. Come out and cheer for your favorites! Volleyball Awards and Reception $1,000 One Opportunity Come celebrate with us after a hard day of playing volleyball on Thursday as we celebrate the winners of the Jerry Walker Beach Volleyball Tournament. Featuring drinks and light hors d oeuvres, it s the perfect end to a fun day. Sponsor s logo will be displayed in the area and acknowledgement of sponsor will be made during the awards presentation. Revenue Cycle/Finance Track $500 One Opportunity The sponsor will have the exclusive right to introduce each speaker under this education track. Sponsor will be listed in the program brochure as the sponsor for the education track. 9 Prayer Breakfast with Jock Hendricks $ One Opportunity Jock Hendricks is the Pastor of Campuses and Outreach at Alice Drive Baptist Church. He has been on the ADBC staff since As the Outreach Pastor, he oversees the local, national and global mission partnerships. His other responsibilities include preaching, teaching, First Impressions, and salvation/baptism conversations. Jock and his wife Tammy have three daughters: Anna Beth, Emma Kate and Jessi Grace as well as a grandson Rayland James. Sponsor s name to appear in all brochures and marketing material where the speaker is mentioned and the agenda is printed. Sponsor also gets the opportunity to introduce the speaker.
