Other activities included attending rounds; conducting school visits; facilitating treatment team meetings; attending and participating in didactic seminars; individual Ph.D. supervision; peer supervision; and in vivo team supervision of family therapy. July 1991 to November 1993 Research Specialist Southwest Institute for Developmental Disabilities Abilene, Texas Directed the day-to-day activities of a pharmacological study, which included supervising research technicians, providing behavioral observation and functional analysis training for direct care staff and research technicians, and managing data generated from study.
