2 2 PIKES PEEK President s Message Pikes Peak IFMA Chapter, Happy Mid-Winter fellow members Unfortunately, I was not able to attend the Holiday Social event early January at the Cliff House in Manitou Springs, but from all reports the social time, dinner and white elephant was a fun and relaxing time for our members and their guests. Upcoming local chapter information includes combined the combined IFMA/ BOMA/ IREM meeting in March, COFAX in April, IFMA auction tentatively in July, and we re planning for a summer social event to be announced at a later date. Remember todays IFMA luncheon and education meeting at Biaggi s social time 11:30am, lunch served 12:00pm, Davey teaches us about tree care 12:15pm. Adjourned 1:00pm. Emphasis will be placed on the Emerald Ash Borer, which was found in Colorado during the fall of 2013, and how to start planning for this new pest which has been deemed to be the new definition of an aggressive tree killing pest in North America.
