4 Background and objective SRA and PEI partnered with a task force led by the United Way to develop a progress report on the state of social, health, and public safety services in St. Lucie County This follows and updates the original needs assessment prepared in 2007 The objective was to identify needs so that effective services can be delivered in the future by individual agencies and users 4
