1 JCI Training Programmes PILSEN 2013 JCI West Bohemia would like to invite you to official JCI Training weekend Pilsen, of April 2013 Training courses: JCI Presenter, JCI Admin, JCI Impact Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a worldwide community of young active citizens ages who share the belief that in order to create positive change, we must také collective action to improve ourselves and the world around us.

2 WHO CAN ATTEND THESE COURSES? For JCI members and potentional members who wish to learn how to create and deliver an effective presentation and develop and manage a local organization, how to convince others to their ideas, how to motivate a team to be active and operate effectively within. PRESENTER ADMIN IMPACT JCI Presenter is a full day course that focuses on the concepts of creating and delivering an effective presentation utilizing visual aids and strong delivery methods with a mind towards understanding the audience. Participants practice presentations during the entire course. Presenter should be taken by all members who want to expand their presentation skills in order to make better project reports and intervene during chapter meetings. JCI Admin is the JCI Local Organization Management Course recommended for any member who wants to become member of the local board and a leader at any level in the Local Organization. The course covers the structure of the local board, management of the Local Organization affairs and the responsibility of the Local Organization in providing development opportunities that will empower JCI members to create positive change in and outside JCI. JCI Admin should be taken by all members who want to fully understand the dynamics of the management, and administration of a JCI Local Organization. JCI Impact is a course aimed for JCI members who want to become active citizens and make long lasting positive changes in their communities. The course discusses the active citizenship concept, covers the analysis of community needs, the establishment of the real causes of problems and discusses the projects a Local Organization can conduct with other partners in order to create long lasting and definite positive changes in the community.

4 TRAINERS Maggie Georgopoulos, JCI Glasgow/JCI Wrocław Maggie is the Managing Director of MAGS Inspires Limited, a training and development business that works runs courses in Training Trainers, Leadership Development and Public Speaking. She also Speak up for Sport in the United Kingdom and Poland, which trains young sports people in public speaking, working with the media, working with sponsors, networking skills and social media. Maggie is a highly motivated individual with a drive for success who has been involved in a wide range of business and community activities. Maggie hails from Melbourne, Australia, and has travelled extensively spending time living in China, South Korea, Tanzania, Libya, and Scotland before finally deciding to move to Wrocław, Poland. Maggie has a bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, as well as having completed postgraduate studies in Training and Education and holds a Masters in Commercial Law. Maggie is an experienced trainer with a background in a wide range of industries including agriculture, engineering, manufacturing and the education sectors. She has been developing and delivering training programs to industry for the last fifteen years. Maggie joined JCI in 2002 as a member of JCI Melbourne. During her time in JCI she has been in positions of leadership including Chapter President JCI Melbourne (2003) and JCI Glasgow (2011), as well as National President JCI Australia (2004) and is currently Past Chairman of JCI Glasgow and National Training Director for JCI Scotland. During her early years in JCI Maggie became interested in further developing her training skills with JCI. To this end she has obtained her IG status (2007) and was a lead member of the JCI CSR development team, running the pilot of the program at World Congress in India in Mario Schmidt, JCI Wrocław Mario works as a Consultant for business clients and as a Trainer for Leadership Development, Team work and communication, including the DiSC profile. Before he started his own business, Mario has worked for more than 18 years in local German banks, holding positions like account manager and department manager. Mario was born, grew up and lives in Dresden (Germany), but is a member of JCI Wrocław (Poland). He officially joined JCI in May 2012 but was close to the organisation also in the years before. In September 2011 he took the trainings for JCI Presenter and JCI Trainer in Wrocław (Poland) and in October 2012 he took part in Networking and Achieve in Plzen

5 (Czech Republic). Mario is highly involved in the society for improvement of German-Polish relations and in local politics.
