1 Support, Education & Hope. For all people affected by cancer. MOVING BEYOND BREAST CANCER is a free, six-week series for women who have finished their primary treatment for breast cancer. Come together with other survivors and develop the tools to find your new normal mind, body, and spirit. Co-facilitated by oncology social worker Debbie Mattison, LMSW (Cancer Support Community) and professional trainer Davy Darnton (Move Wellness), each week includes group exercise, supportive discussion, and education on topics including nutrition, body image, relationships, health maintenance, and more. Saturday mornings January 13, 20, 27, and February 3, 10, and 17, at CSC. RSVP to or rosie@cancersupportannarbor.org. SPONSORED BY WITH SUPPORT FROM BREATHE: HOPE FOR SMOKERS AND LOVED ONES AFFECTED BY CANCER It s hard enough to quit smoking when you re not dealing with the stress of cancer; thinking about quitting after you or a loved one is diagnosed may feel overwhelming.
