PRG Committees Through a Board and six committees, PRG members share best practices and influence policies, product development and distribution capabilities. PRG has committees on: Accumulation Broker-Dealer Life Products Marketing & Technology Meetings Membership The Life Products and Accumulation committees enable members to directly influence the design of life insurance and annuity products. Other committees give members a forum to consider and discuss investment products, services and capabilities. All committees are led by members, for members. PRG members must consistently meet membership requirements in the areas of production, committee participation and annual meeting attendance. As top advisors in the Securian Financial Network, they see first-hand how learning from others positively impacts the service they provide. The sharing of best practices is a fulfilling motivator to both the giver and receiver and a springboard to continued excellence. Securian Financial Group and Minnesota/ Securian Life Relationship PRG members receive significant support and resources from SFG and Minnesota/Securian Life, including access to senior leadership. PRG members have influence on products and services offered by SFG and Minnesota/Securian Life. This award commemorates PRG founding member Betsy Woolfolk s courage and contributions to the organization. Betsy, an Advisor with Virginia Asset Management, had a commitment to excellence, a vibrant personality and a passion for PRG. Betsy passed away after a courageous battle with cancer in Each year, the PRG Award Committee decides if there will be an honored recipient based on set criteria.

5 ACCESS TO MEMBER DRIVEN RESOURCES PRG is the most impactful organization I ve been a part of in my advisory career. The generosity of our peers, the exposure to elite practitioners, and the shared desire to improve our craft, are the aspects of PRG that I value the most. Thankfully the membership is full of people who feel the same way, and willingly share with each other. PRG Study Groups Members continue to form and expand what has become one of the most valuable benefits of being a PRG Member. PRG Issues and Exchange Members have access to an allmember address and are invited to submit any question or issue related to our business. Members are able to obtain feedback, answers and insights from other PRG members to assist them in resolving their issue. PRG Webex Four quarterly presentations by the Accumulation, Broker Dealer, Marketing and Life committees to provide updates on committee work and to present new products, marketing concepts and product development to PRG members. PRG Flash Member only e-newsletter keeping members current on committee work, board activities and resources available to PRG members.
