5 WORKSHOP HOTEL AND ACCOMODATIONS NCSFA has arranged a block of rooms at our workshop hotel, The Portland Regency, for Monday, September 12 th Wednesday, September 14th. All of the workshop sessions will be held at this hotel. Hotel reservation deadline: Thursday, August 11, Reservations must be made by calling the Regency at and mention NCSFA State Fleet Managers Workshop: The group rate is $199 per night. Group rates available one day pre and post conference. TRANSPORTATION Portland is home to the Portland International Jetport Airport (PWM) with flights on the following airlines: American, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest and United. 6 RETURNING THIS YEAR Attendee Introductions/Fleet Reports to open the workshop Fleet manager introductions and brief five minute fleet reports. Each fleet manager in attendance will be asked to prepare a brief synopsis of the following: What s new in your fleet this year, challenges they may be facing, contracts that will be bid out within the next year, biggest accomplishment, and their must have takeaways from the workshop. More roundtable discussion session time back by popular demand! Roundtable sessions will close out each day. T-shirt Swap Monday night! Our annual T-shirt swap is always a fun time and a great opportunity to see your fellow attendees before the workshop begins Tuesday. NETWORKING OPPORTUNTITIES NCSFA Annual T-shirt Swap make plans to join us for the annual T-shirt swap the night before the workshop starts on Monday, September 12th. We will start at around 7:30 p.m., beverages and light appetizers provided. 7 REGISTRATION Register online at Registration Deadline: Thursday, August 11, 2016 Cancellation policy: Cancellations prior to 8/11/16 are given a full refund. No refunds after 8/11/16. Registration includes access to all workshop sessions, T-shirt swap, Opening Night Reception, breakfast, lunches, refreshment breaks and the Wednesday night group outing. Fleet Managers: Free registration for NCSFA government fleet managers with an active membership. Government fleet managers that are non-members can register for the workshop at the cost of an annual membership ($275 or $350). Included in the workshop registration is membership to NCSFA through June of 2017 that will be activated in October of Corporate Attendees: Member: $650, Non Member: $ Platinum, Gold or Silver NCSFA Sponsors are entitled to free registration(s) based on their sponsorship levels.
