2 Message from IPS President & Secretary Welcome to ANCIPS Dear colleagues, Hearty welcome to the 67th Annual National Conference of the Indian Psychiatric Society (ANCIPS-2015) to be held from 8th 11th January 2015 at Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) in the Pearl City of Hyderabad. The 2015 conference has been carefully developed to meet the learning and networking needs of those professionals whether new to the field or seasoned veterans. The variety of the program allows you to develop your own learning experience that meets your specific needs. 6 Scientific Programme Information The ANCIPS-2015 scientific programme will comprise of invited lectures, plenary sessions, symposia, focused workshops, stimulating debates, panel discussions, free papers and poster session. Workshops and Symposia An abstract consisting of title, an outline of the proposed workshop/symposia along with the names, designation and institutional affiliations of the presenters/trainers to be submitted online. Scientific Free Papers and Posters Free papers and posters are invited for the ANCIPS Abstracts of scientific papers and posters are to be submitted online. All submissions should be by word document format only, not by pdf format. Last date for submission of symposia, workshops, free papers and poster abstracts : 31st July, 2014 INSTRUCTIONS : All Abstracts are to be submitted online. During the on-line submission process, you will be asked to enter the presenting author, the presenting author s contact information, and the names and addresses of all co-authors. Please ensure the address of the presenting author is accurate, as this will be the sole method of communication regarding acceptance. There is a limit of 300 words for each abstract. No images or tables can be uploaded for the submission. You will receive an confirmation of each submission Abstracts cannot be edited after submission. Abstracts are reviewed & graded in a blind fashion by ANCIPS committee members. All abstracts must be provided in English. The Scientific Committee will use the topic list to classify the area of each submission for presentation as well as for listing in the programme and Abstract Book to assist participants in selecting sessions of interest. The submission form provides a space to mark a selection from this list. Please select the one most appropriate topic area for each submission. If required indicate a second subtopic area as well. 11 Travel & Accommodation ANCIPS 2015 Conference has a provision of booking rooms at very special tariffs, specially negotiated only for ANCIPS 2015 delegates. There are limited rooms procured, hence allocation shall be on first come-first serve basis. Special group tariffs can also be negotiated upon request. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The hotel room rates are valid from 7 12 January 2015 during the ANCIPS The hotel room rates are applicable on per room per night basis. The booking should be guaranteed by 100% advance towards the room booked. Cancellation Policy: o In case of cancellation of individual rooms before 90 days prior to the check-in No cancellation will be charged o In case of cancellation of individual rooms less than days prior to the check-in 01 night cancellation will be charged o In case of cancellation of individual rooms less than 59 days prior to check-in or an eventual NO Show, full cancellation will be charged for the duration of the stay.
