7 Fundraising ideas Create your online fundraising page and make it personal After you register to become a Children s Champion, your next step should be to share the why behind your efforts. Your online fundraising page is the perfect place to do this. Maybe you re running for your child or another family member. Perhaps you re a former hospital patient who wants to say thanks. Or maybe you re a community member who wants to help. Whatever your reason, share it on your fundraising page. Include photos that support your message. Create a Friendly URL to make it easy to share your fundraising page. all your contacts Send a note to your family members, friends and co-workers about your efforts as a Children s Champion, and encourage them to support you. Make sure you include the link to your personal fundraising page. Make the most of social media Post and share your personal fundraising page link. Update your followers with your fundraising and training efforts, and include pictures.
