3 SleepOut ship Opportunities At SleepOut, this coming April 6, 2018, we get a chance to shine a light on the nearly 3,000 people experiencing homelessness in Palm Beach County, and help the homeless help themselves. In this profound community event, held at the United Methodist Church of the Palm Beaches, you will hear stories of success from former clients, participate in a candle lighting ceremony, and if you choose, sleep under the stars. With children s activities, a silent auction, performers and more, this event continues to be one of Palm Beach County s most popular functions of the year, and a Lord s Place signature fundraising event. This inspiring breakfast always sells out, and gives attendees a dramatic view of the services we offer and the impact made on clients. Also, we honor servant leaders at this event, whose commitment and integrity are transforming our community.
