5 2017 Buzz NOSORH ANNUAL MEETING I could sense the passion for rural health is very genuine. Speakers were top notch. As always, NOSORH staff makes the meeting look like everything flows without effort, yet I realize how time consuming, detail oriented, and tricky it can be to do all the behind the scenes work. Fabulous job! I always leave filled with ideas and inspiration. It cannot be easy to herd cats in the way that you all do to make everything so seamless. Great work by everyone, thanks again, looking forward to next year s meeting. Thank you all for putting together another wonderful Annual Meeting! The long hours of prep work, strategic decisions and planning, along with a room packed full of wonderful people and expert knowledge continually make this one of the best conferences to attend. As a new director, this meeting was very beneficial from the content of the presentations to the added value of spending time with each sponsor. The best and most beneficial aspect was meeting other SORH staff from around the country. 7 Sponsor & Exhibitor Guidelines TERMS & CONDITIONS TABLE DISPLAY Each Table Display will include: 6 table space during the meeting Skirted table with 2 chairs ID sign (8.5 H x 11 W) Internet and electricity must be requested in advance (see on-line registration) Electric is availble for an additional $60 for Non-Profit exhibitors DIGITAL SUBMISSION: All logos must be submitted as digital files and may be sent on disc or ed. Artwork for print can be submitted in the following formats: EPS, TIFF, and JPEG, OR PDF. Resolution for jpeg files must be 240 dpi or greater. Files may be received in their original formats (PC only) using the following software packages: Publisher, Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw. All fonts should be converted to paths or necessary font should be submitted with the artwork. Artwork must be submitted once registration and payment has been received. SPONSOR AND EXHIBITOR RULES & REGULATIONS ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION AND ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE: Applications for sponsorship are subject to review by the Annual Meeting Committee. Space assignments will be based on level of sponsorship on a first-paid, first-served basis. No assignments will be made until payment is received. The NOSORH Annual Meeting Committee reserves the right to make such changes to the floor plan of displays as may be deemed necessary. Applications should be received by 9/17/18. Those received after 9/17/18 or after sponsorship opportunities are filled, will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified if space becomes available. Sponsorship applications received after 9/17/18 may not be included in the Annual Meeting Program. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: Applications for sponsorship must be accompanied with the sponsorship fee in order to confirm display space. No application will be processed without this fee. No refunds will be made for space not utilized during the meeting. NOSORH retains the option of returning funds. Payment details are included in the online registration. To be considered for a refund, send your written request to Donna Pfaendtner at donnap@nosorh.org, no later than 9/24/18. INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING: Tuesday, October 16th from 1:00 5:00 PM (Display set-up) Thursday, October 18th after 11:00 AM (Display dismantle) Times subject to change upon notification by NOSORH SHIPPING: Approximately 15 days prior to the meeting NOSORH will send each sponsor a confirmation with meeting information and shipping instructions needed during the installation and removal of displays.
