The following information will guide you through the necessary steps required in order for you to host a meeting. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of the members of our Board of Directors for assistance. Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month and the site is selected two months in advance. Either close to the public or have the ability to provide private meeting space for roughly people. Provide a simple lunch.
