Benefit Highlights: Visibility at signature chapter events including the annual conference Visibility in chapter communications and on the website One-time use of conference attendee list Complimentary event passes Membership privileges Chapter Programs: Annual Conference: This is one of the largest fundraising conferences in New England and the largest chapter event of the year with 600 attendees from the field of development. From senior leaders in the field to new professionals, the Annual Conference is a who s who in development and an effective way to reach potential clients and customers. All sponsors will receive an ehibitor table and conference attendee list as part of their sponsorship benefits.

3 Funders Breakfast: One of the most popular programs of the year, the Meet the Funders Breakfast brings together local corporate and foundation funders and development professionals to have open dialogue about funding priorities, processes and trends. Breakfast Meetings: The Breakfast Meetings are central to AFP programming and bring together more than 500 AFP members and non-members annually to eplore key strategic topics. A staple of the AFP MA Chapter, Breakfast Meetings provide a highly visible platform for year-round sponsorship recognition and activation. Brown Bag Lunches: The Brown Bag Committee coordinates 6-8 Brown Bag Luncheons in the year, each targeting a specific challenge faced by development professionals and includes an opportunity for an etensive Q&A session following the presentation. Fundraising Basics Course: This two-day introduction to fundraising is for newcomers to the field. It is held three times per year with more than 100 attendees. Eposure to this audience provides sponsors with a platform to reach those who are embarking on a fundraising career and allows sponsors to make an immediate impression on tomorrow s eecutives and decision makers. AFP MA Open Networking Events (AFP ONE): This biannual event provides an opportunity where members can attend for free and share an evening of networking, drinks and hors d oeuvres with other development professionals, and includes a formal presentation on a topic of interest. 11 SINGLE EVENT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES One or more of the following single event sponsorship opportunities may be chosen in lieu of a package. ANNUAL KEY DECISION MAKERS FORUM SPONSOR Eclusive: $4,500 The annual KDM Forum attracts over 50 senior development officers for a half day of sharing insights, trading ideas, and networking. Sponsorship includes working with AFP MA to develop a program that will appeal to senior leaders. Final approval of the program will be made by AFP MA Chapter. The sponsor will receive the opportunity to invite eight (8) guests. ANNUAL SENIOR LEADERS DINNER SPONSOR Eclusive: $3,500 The annual Senior Leaders Dinner is designed for senior level fundraising eecutives to meet over dinner to discuss strategic issues and topics in a collegial atmosphere. This event can include a Featured Guest who will share epertise on a specific issue or topic, to be mutually agreed upon by the Chapter and Sponsor. This event is invitation-only and limited to no more than 25 participants. The sponsor will receive the opportunity to invite eight (8) guests. Final approval of the invitation list will be made by AFP MA Chapter. ANNUAL DIVERSITY FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM SPONSOR Eclusive: $1,500 The Diversity Fellowship Program is a special initiative of the AFP MA Chapter designed to encourage diversity within the fundraising field. The program offers etensive mentorship, training and networking opportunities to connect development professionals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds to the people and resources they need to further the overall mission of their organizations. Sponsorship includes recognition of your company in diversity promotions and signage, a presence at diversity events, and other opportunities at the discretion of the AFP MA Diversity Chair and AFP MA Diversity Committee. CONFERENCE SESSION SPONSORSHIP Eisting Session: $750 (includes one complimentary conference registration) Special Session recommended by sponsors: $1,500 (includes one complimentary registration) All Single Event Sponsorship Opportunities include recognition as the event sponsor in e-blasts to invitation list; a limited number of complimentary registrations; listing in conference program book and on chapter website; prominent signage at the event. Single Event Sponsorships are chosen on a first come, first served basis. If more than one sponsor is amenable to sharing a Single Event Sponsorship then they may agree to do so and split the cost (e.g. a shared Single Event Sponsorship would be half the price of an eclusive one). This shared pricing does not apply to other sponsorship packages. If a sponsor requests additional features resulting in higher costs to the chapter than its 2013 cost, the additional cost will be split by the chapter and sponsor. AFP owns every aspect of the events and programs it produces including event strategy, content, budget, proceeds and use of proceeds, contact lists, invitation lists, and registration lists.
