2 Community Resource Directory Welcome to the Community Resource Directory. Funding for the development and printing of the Directory is provided by Smart Start Stephens County. This Directory was developed to identify known resources or hard to find resources for citizens in Stephens County, Oklahoma. The agencies and organizations included in this document provide various services such as financial assistance, food, legal, training, health care, clothing and much more. The information provided includes a category, contact information, services provided and website (if available). Some agencies provide multiple services and may be listed under more than one category. Every effort to provide accurate listings in the Community Resources Directory was made. Some community information changes frequently and we encourage you to contact the agency to determine current services and hours of operation.
