ACTIVITIES Most Peer Leaders are from primary care settings with some from specialist clinics, acute care, community care and long-term care it is estimated that they collectively have spent over 7,600* hours in more than 1,400* clinician engagement activities/events to date. 23 OUTPUTS What did the Peer Networks achieve? 10 Peer Networks successfully completed to date with Peer Leaders engaging with over 21,000 peers* OUTPUTS Documented and realized benefits include: 21,436* peers were engaged: 5% physician (1,103), 89% nurses (19,137), 1.5% pharmacists (326), 4% others (870 clinic staff or managers) 7,642 hours spent with 7,176 hours by implementation stages: 62% on pre-implementation (4,467hrs), 21.7% on implementation (1,557hrs) and 16% on post-implementation (1,152hrs) * Conservative estimate (source: Clinical Adoption)
