1 2017 Canadian Conference on Physician Health Sponsorship Prospectus The Canadian Medical Association (CMA) and co-host, Ontario Medical Association (OMA) are proud to present the scheduled for September 7-9, 2017 at The Westin in Ottawa, Ontario. This event will gather physicians, residents, students and scholars from across the country to share knowledge, insights and experience related to this year s theme: Burning Brightly, Not Out: Engaging and energizing physicians.the conference will showcase research and initiatives for improving physician health and wellness. It will promote an overall healthier culture in medicine for physicians by offering practical evidence-based skills and strategies for attendees to take back to their practice. The conference will provide a forum for practitioners and researchers to present recent findings and innovative strategies for enhancing physicians health. The friendly and informal conference environment promotes networking, exchange of experience and information, and leisure activity focused on staying healthy. Conference Format: The conference will include two inspiring keynote speakers, a thought-provoking debate, several concurrent sessions related to the conference theme, and a networking reception. With the addition of an open call for abstracts, we also hope to draw the attention of academic researchers. The anticipated attendance rate for CCPH 2017 is attendees.

3 Exposure The amount of exposure that sponsors will receive depends on the level of support provided. All sponsors will be given one table-top display (8 x10 space) in the exhibitor area. This year, food and beverages will be served in the same area as the exhibitor hall, to maximize attendee interaction with our sponsors. 5 LIABILITY The exhibit space in the Westin Ottawa is being allocated to you, the Exhibitor, upon the understanding that neither the Westin Ottawa nor the Canadian Medical Association - or the co-host organization, Ontario Medical Association, will be responsible for loss of, damage to exhibits or other property. The Exhibitor will accept full responsibility for damage caused by the exhibits or other property by members of your organization and will indemnify and save harmless the Westin Ottawa hotel or the Canadian Medical Association from and against such loss or damage no matter how caused. Neither the Canadian Medical Association nor the Westin Ottawa will be responsible for the safety of property of Exhibitors, their agents or employees, from theft, damage by fire, accident or other causes but will use reasonable care to protect Exhibitors from such loss. The Exhibitor is responsible for its own property and, if insurance is needed, will make its own arrangements to insure its property accordingly.
