The Breakthrough to Happiness conference is all about helping others live a more positive life and change for the better. We wish to provide our community with powerful tools, insights and resources to help lead a better life, while spreading happiness and positivity along the way. Its a place where you can have meaningful conversations, listen to inspiring guest speakers, get some coaching, meet new people, engage in fun activities and get a dose of positive energy.

3 The Community Participants share a common interest: to live with greater happiness, positivity, and meaning, to create a more open and healthy culture and to provide the community a space where they can learn and grow. The focus will be to guide people to breakthrough to happiness in a social and engaging setting. Who is this Conference for? The conference will bring together people from all walks of life. It is for anyone who wants to learn how to embrace change and to grow and emerge as a leader in society. It is for those who wish to lead a more authentic, happy and fulfilling life and who are passionate about making a difference in their own lives and making a difference in the world. It is for people who want to learn and grow in a social setting. The Breakthroughs and Connections The event is as much about making connections between people as about the presentations on stage. There are many opportunities for people to connect and create breakthroughs in a social and engaging setting.

4 The Activities The conference will host life coaching seminars, a panel discussion with leading wellness & development experts. Yoga, breathing & meditation workshops will take place. We will also host painting & cooking classes. 5 The Speakers Speakers come from a variety of sectors, including wellness, Life Coaching, and more Sona Bahri has been practicing and teaching meditation for the past 24 years. Her teaching experience spans over 15 countries and all 5 continents. Since March 2008, Sona has been teaching meditation in Abu Dhabi both in the corporate environment and to individuals personally. Currently she is Director, Inner Space and dedicates her life running self-development courses and serving the community of Abu Dhabi. Khalid Al Ameri a motivational speaker, and a youth coach. Khalid loves helping people follow their dreams, better their lives, and shape their careers. He has worked on global investments in the United Arab Emirates, and completed an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business.His work includes one on one support with individuals, as well as broader workshops for groups. Previously in asset management and investments at an Abu Dhabi based sovereign wealth fund, he is also co-founder of a food and beverage company, and writer on regional issues such as education, entrepreneurship, and employment for The National UAE. Passionate about youth development and doing what he can to bring passion and purpose to the lives of others, Khalid Al Ameri shares his journey & reveals his secret to success.

6 Ken O Donnell is a dynamic, stimulating speaker and widely experienced consultant. He has an immense enthusiasm to help improve inter-personal relationships on any level. Using an empathetic and sensitive approach, he helps individuals, teams, public figures, and executives to work more effectively in a world that has been described as one of permanent uncertainty. Currently Ken is director for South America of the BKWSU, which helps individuals explore their inner potential. This work is 100% voluntary. Professionally he is a Senior Fellow with the Oxford Leadership Academy. He is also the author of 15 books on personal and organizational development some of which are published in 9 languages and sales over 400,000. Any proceeds from the sales of these books have been used to further voluntary service of others. Shaden Bolbol a Qualified Architect and CPCC Certified Life Coach based in Abu Dhabi. Shaden is the founder of Seeds for Change, a Life Coaching and Self Development Company. She is also founder of The Change Project, a community initiative, which hosts weekly self-development seminars and workshops in Abu Dhabi. She is currently the Business Development Manager in Arabian Industrial LLC. Above all, Shaden is a human being that is deeply in touch with her humanity. Shaden believes that the power of the heart, with a little bit of courage from each of us, will create global peace and unity. She is a creative and intelligent woman who aims for excellence by putting her heart and soul into everything she does.

7 Deena AlMansoori led a successful career in IT and Program Management at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) for 10 years where she led and managed multinational teams and delivered multiple essential solutions for the organization. As part of her career, education, and training, Deena gained a lot of skills and experiences in leadership, relationship management, team coaching, marketing, negotiation, supplier management and much more. For 3 years, Deena ran the UAE Business and Social Etiquette course at ADIA to help new employees understand UAE culture, resulting in better engagement with their teams, and an enhanced social life, in general. After her 10th Anniversary at ADIA, Deena decided to follow her passion of building successful businesses in Coaching, Media and Film Making, and Creative Art. Deena is a talented writer who has published articles in The National, and is progressing a fictional novel to be published in Deena was also the first Emirati to hike the Suge La pass in Tibet in 2014 and summited mountain Kilimanjaro in Deena loves to participate in Emirates forums like the youth circles, environmental forums, and women empowerment events. She often speaks at her college ADWCT-HCT, sharing her career and life experience.
