Therefore, there is need for reconstruction, resettlement nd re-stbiliztion of citizen s life, even if still under n unstble scenrio. We re urbnism students in Grenoble, 2, km distnt from Al Modmyeh. 2 Syrin people hve their body, phone nd wifi connexion. Wht do we hve in common is the ccess to internet, mobile or computer to connect ourselves to the world, nd bsic knowledge to do tht. Bsed on these ssumptions, we re proposing tool to connect us nd provide some help from this prt of the world.

3 After nlyzing the current sitution, we understnd tht, t first, people must hve the provision of the bsic needs: pproprite shelter, food nd wter, nd helth. Therefore, considered s recovering phse fter n emergency context, there is the need for some immedite interventions, s lso long-term plns. Besides bsic needs, this popultion is lso in need of new opportunities nd ides to restrt nd to survive this uncommon sitution, thus, shring knowledge is importnt. Our objective, therefore, is to provide pltform tht people cn shre knowledge nd experiences, exchnge informtion, mnifest their needs, encourge prticiption, empower the community, nd connect to the world. The tool for doing tht is n online collbortive mp, which is bsed in six min principles: Consult, Inform, Collborte, Involve, Connect, Empower. The concept nd the use of this kind of prticiptive mp is spreding round the world, minly due to the possibility of users to edit the severl contents of the web site. This cn be seen s tool to empower citizens, wy to express themselves, nd to reclim their needs to the improvement of their lives in their communities nd cities. The ppliction of this tool in the context of Al Modmyeh pursuits to help locl popultion to hve ccess to their bsic needs nd to the shring of knowledge not only between them, but with nyone in the world. Our proposl is bsed on generl strtegies of recovering in post-conflict sitution, nd follows the min items ddressed shelter, food nd prticiption. This is trnsltion of these strtegies into prcticl ppliction nd immedite intervention. A collbortive mp is n online tool, consisted by web mp nd users content, which llows informtion shring nd feedbcks from stkeholders.

4 Therefore, we developed concepts for two mps: the Surviving Mp nd the Helping Mp. The first hs four min topics, which consist in the bsic needs of popultion - shelter/lnd, bsic services, popultion dt nd worth to known - nd it is bsed on the principles of Inform, Consult, nd Collborte. Ech topic hs its own subtopics. As n exmple, the shelter - dmged/destroyed subtopic enbles people to loclize buildings nd inform its grde of dmge. Also, with the popultion neighborhood subtopic, nyone cn locte itself on the mp nd shre bsic informtion such s ge nd min skills, which cn be used to collborte with community s ctivities.
