1 DID YOU KNOW? our community campaign changes lives Did you know the YMCA is a charity? At the Y, no child or adult is turned away based on their ability to pay. We recognize that for communities to succeed, everyone has to have the chance to be healthy, confident, connected and secure. YOUR DONATION MAKES THIS POSSIBILE! Your donations go directly into helping make our programs accessible to all. Each donated dollar goes towards sending kids to summer camp, providing access to our LiveSTRONG cancer survivor program, or to providing scholarships to families for sports classes, swimming lessons, or child care. Donate today at westhartfordymca.org! PROGRAM ASSISTANCE The YMCA offers programs and services designed to benefit people of all incomes and backgrounds. The Y uses contributed funds from the COMMUNITY CAMPAIGN to ensure those unable to pay the stated fee are able to participate. If fees are a concern, please contact us STRENGTHENING OUR COMMUNITY BRANCH INFORMATION Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm Saturday-Sunday Closed Office Phone: Office Address: West Hartford YMCA 12 North Main Street West Hartford, Connecticut Website: WestHartfordYMCA.org Facebook: Facebook.com/westhartfordYMCA VOLUNTEER WITH US The West Hartford Y relies on your support to make our programs as good as possible. Each week they meet at the Westminster Presbyterian Church for coffee and social time, then have a guest speaker to discuss topics relating to government, health, travel and the environment. In addition to their Tuesday meetings, they offer day trips. If you d like to know more, please contact Sharon Tagulaid at Sharon.tagulaid@ghymca.org or check out the website at OldGuardCT.org. After the second class of a program, refunds/credits are only provided for medical reasons with a doctor s note.
