17 What are we curious about? How is your Trust demonstrating its research and innovation? (to be a CQC requirement). This may influence some of you How closely do you support your NHS Trust strategy? For those independent of a Trust, how are you organising your research strategy? Can we support that? We are just beginning to formulate a research strategy which is likely to be rolled out in the new year and we are starting to understand the need to sign up to the Assn of Medical Research Charities as the starting point for becoming part of the connected networks of research. Alongside that we are open to hearing how we can align funding pathways for grant recipients with later funding opportunities, potentially through NIHR and others.
