1 PETER HUMAIDAN BIOGRAPHY: Peter Humaidan is a specialist in reproductive endocrinology, professor and clinical director of the Fertility Clinic at Odense University Hospital, Denmark. He trained at the Sahlgrenska University Hospital, Gothenburg, Sweden, where he also completed a speciality degree in obstetrics and gynaecology. His research interests include reproductive endocrinology, the function of gonadotrophins, sperm chromatin integrity in relation to assisted reproduction and gonadotrophin-releasing hormone-(gnrh) antagonist co-treatment in ovarian stimulation. During recent years, his research has been focused on GnRHa triggering and prevention of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. He is a former board member of the Danish Fertility Society.
