Store unopened in original foil envelopes at temperatures below 20ºC in dry location. If ISOMATE-C PLUS is to be stored for more than three months, it should be held under refrigeration at or below 5 ºC. Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals. Although this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, the registration holder does not warrant that it will be effective under all conditions because the action and effect thereof may be affected by factors such as abnormal climatic and storage conditions, as well as by the method, time and accuracy of application. The registration holder furthermore does not accept responsibility for damage to crops, vegetation, the environment, or harm to man or animal or for lack of performance of the remedy concerned due to failure of the user to follow the label instructions or to the occurrence of conditions which could not have been foreseen in terms of the registration. Consult the supplier in the event of any uncertainty.

3 PRECAUTIONS: Wash with soap and water after accidental skin contact with liquid. Wear gloves when handling dispensers. Avoid eye contact. In case of eye contact, flush eyes immediately with water. If irritation persists, consult a physician. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: USE ONLY AS DIRECTED APPLICATION: A. Rate: Use dispensers / ha irrespective of tree density. B. Application method: Dispensers should be coiled once around a suitable lateral branch (finger size). Do NOT twist loose ends around each other. * Hang dispensers in the top 70 cm of a tree. Can effectively be applied from moving trailer. * Space the dispensers uniformly through the orchard, using hanging points per hectare. C. Timing: Spring: (Refer D. Monitoring assisting procedure): Dispensers will provide season long disorientation of male codling moths for 150 to 200 days depending on prevailing climatic conditions. Where a longer period of mating disruption is required a second hang should be applied after 120 days. Codling moth populations will be reduced providing 1. Dispensers are hung at the correct timing. 2. A season-long insecticide spray programme is followed for at least the first two seasons of mating disruption. 3. The insecticide spray programme followed is in accordance with INFRUITEC s resistance management recommendations. Where insecticides are not being applied or in a reduced insecticide programme, the infestation level must not exceed 0,05% at harvest of the previous season, and superlure trap catches are used in accordance with the INFRUITEC guidelines. D. Monitor assisting procedure: It is recommended that a CM pheromone monitoring system be used in all mating disruption orchards to determine CM emergence patterns, to assist in assessing the success of mating disruption, and also to assist in the timing of insecticide sprays where necessary. Install CM monitoring traps baited with conventional-strength

4 lures in middle August. Inspect traps a minimum of three days per week but preferably daily and follow the recommendations on the trap label. The first treatment of ISOMATE-C PLUS must be applied on first CM catch [ Biofix ]. Thereafter install traps baited with high release-rate (super lures) in ISOMATE - C PLUS treated orchards and monitor weekly. Very few moths, if any, should be caught in pheromone traps in mating disruption orchards. Should moths be caught in these orchards, consult your local Nulandis agent adviser immediately. As an additional means of mating disruption assessment, inspect fruit regularly for CM damage. Consult your local Nulandis agent if such damage is found. E. PRECAUTIONS: * Untreated or conventionally-sprayed orchards serve as sources of mated female CM moths. Where ISOMATE-C PLUS is used adjacent to such orchards, mated females immigrating into an ISOMATE-C PLUS treated orchard can give rise to fruit damage, particularly along the borders of the mating disruption orchard. The larger the area under mating disruption, the smaller the effect of mated immigrant females. The minimum orchard size for mating disruption is 5 hectares. * Due to reduced pesticide use in mating disruption orchards, other pests should be monitored carefully so that timely control measures can be taken if necessary. * Only use insecticides which will minimize disturbing the natural balance in orchards. * If additional insecticides have to be applied for the control of CM, ensure that only registered products are used and consult with your local Nulandis agent in this regard. Berg onoopgemaak in oorspronklike foelie-houers teen temperature onder 20 ºC op 'n droë plek. Indien ISOMATE-C PLUS vir meer as drie maande geberg gaan word, behoort dit in verkoelde toestande geberg te word teen 5 ºC of laer. Hou buite bereik van kinders, oningeligte persone en diere. Alhoewel hierdie middel omvattend onder 'n groot verskeidenheid toestande getoets is, waarborg die registrasiehouer nie dat dit onder alle toestande doeltreffend sal wees nie aangesien die werking en effek daarvan beïnvloed kan word deur faktore soos abnormale klimaats- en bergingstoestande, sowel as die metode, tyd en akkuraatheid van toediening. Verder aanvaar die registrasiehouer nie verantwoordelikheid vir skade aan gewasse, plantegroei, die omgewing, of vir nadelige effek op mens of dier of vir 'n gebrek aan prestasie van die betrokke middel as gevolg van die versuim van die gebruiker om etiketaanwysings na te kom of as gevolg van die ontstaan van toestande wat nie kragtens die registrasie voorsien kon word nie. Raadpleeg die verskaffer in die geval van enige onsekerheid.

6 VOORSORGMAATREëLS: Was met seep en water indien die vloeistof toevallig met die vel in aanraking kom. Dra handskoene wanneer vrystellers hanteer word. Vermy kontak met die oë. In geval van oogkontak, spoel oë onmiddellik met water. Indien die irritasie voortduur, raadpleeg 'n geneesheer. GEBRUIKSAANWYSINGS: GEBRUIK SLEGS SOOS AANGEDUI TOEDIENING: A. Dosis: Gebruik feromoongevulde vrystellers / ha ongeag die boomdigtheid. B. Toedieningsmetode: Vrystellers moet een keer om 'n geskikte, vingerdikte, laterale sytak gedraai word. Moet NIE los punte om mekaar draai nie. Heg vrystellers in die boonste 70 cm van n boom. Kan maklik vanaf 'n bewegende sleepwa aangebring word. Spasieër die vrystellers eweredig deur die boord. Gebruik hangpunte per hektaar. C. Tydsbepaling: Lente: (Lees D. Prosedure vir moniteringsondersteuning): Vrystellers sal manlike kodlingmotte seisoen lank vir dae, afhangende van heersende klimaattoestande, disoriënteer. Waar n langer periode van paringsontwrigting verlang word kan n tweede stel vrystellers na 120 dae gehang word. Kodlingmot populasies sal verminder word indien: 1. Vrystellers op die regte tyd gehang word. 2. n Seisoenlange insekdoder spuitprogram vir ten minste die eerste 2 jaar van paringsontwrigting gevolg word. 3. Die insekdoder spuitprogram toegedien word volgens INFRUITEC se weerstandbestuur aanbevelings. [Insekdoders van verskillende werking in elke kodlingmot generasie, waar moontlik, toegedien word]. 4. Waar geen insekdoder of in n verminderde insekdoder program toegedien word, moet die vrugbesmettingsvlak van die vorige oes nie met 0,05% oorskry word nie en superlok lokvalvangste moet volgens die INFRUITEC riglyne gebruik word.

Prosedure vir moniteringsondersteuning: Daar word aanbeveel dat 'n KM feromoon-moniteringstelsel aangebring word in alle boorde wat behandel word met paringsontwrigtingsferomoon, om sodoende KM verskyningspatrone vas te stel, asook om by te dra tot die tydsbepaling vir die toediening van insekdoders waar nodig. Installeer KM moniteringslokvalle met normale sterkte lokmiddel daarin, tydens middel Augustus. Inspekteur valle minstens drie dae per week, maar verkieslik daagliks. Die eerste behandeling van ISOMATE - C PLUS moet toegedien word met die eerste KM vangs [ Biofix ]. Installeer hierna valle met hoë vrystellingstempo [super lokmiddels] in ISOMATE-C PLUS behandelde boorde en inspekteur valle weekliks. Baie min, indien enige, motte behoort gevang te word in feromoonlokvalle wat in paringsontwrigtingsboorde geplaas word. Indien motte in sodanige boorde gevang word, raadpleeg u plaaslike Nulandis agent onmiddellik. 'n Addisionele metode om die sukses van paringsontwrigting te bepaal, is om die vrugte gereeld te ondersoek vir KM skade. Indien sodanige skade gevind word, raadpleeg u plaaslike Nulandis agent. E. Voorsorgmaatreëls: * Onbehandelde boorde of boorde wat konvensioneel bespuit is, dien as besmettingsbron vir bevrugte Kodlingmotwyfies. Waar ISOMATE-C PLUS gebruik word aangrensend tot sulke boorde, sal bevrugte wyfiemotte immigreer na die ISOMATE-C PLUS behandelde boorde, en dit kan aanleiding gee tot skade aan vrugte, veral bome op die buitenste grense van die paringsontwrigtingsboord. Hoe groter die oppervlakte onder behandeling met paringsontwrigtingsferomoon, hoe kleiner is die effek van immigrerende wyfiemotte. Die minimum boordgrootte vir behandeling met paringsontwrigting, is 5 hektaar. * As gevolg van verminderde plaagdodergebruik in boorde, waar die paringsontwrigtingsprogram gevolg word, moet ander plae noukeurig gemoniteer word sodat tydige maatreëls getref kan word indien nodig. * Gebruik slegs insekdoders wat 'n minimale versteuring aan die natuurlike balans van boorde tot gevolg sal hê. * Indien bykomende insekdoders toegedien moet word vir die beheer van KM, verseker dat slegs geregistreerde produkte gebruik word en raadpleeg u plaaslike Nulandis agent.
