The A-Stretch The A-Stretch exercise pushes the penis up, while pulling it forward. This penis enlargement exercise mainly stretches the upper part of the shaft. It is the opposite exercise of the V-Stretch. Benefits: The A-Stretch penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect penis length flaccid penis length Step 1 With first hand, retract (fore)skin and grasp penis just behind the glands with overhand ok-grip Step 2
Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is reached. Step 3 Place wrist of second hand underneath the stretched penis.
Step 4 Rest second hand on wrist of the first hand. Step 5 Push wrist of second hand upward using it as a lever, while pulling with first hand downward and maintain the stretch. Step 6
Release both hands and repeat from Step 2. Alternate hands between reps. The Basic Stretch The Basic Stretch exercise is considered the backbone of all penis enlargement exercises for increased length. The goal is to pull hard enough to stretch the tissues in the penis, but not too hard to inflict pain. Start of with a gentle stretch and increase the intensity gradually. Stretching in multiple angles targets different parts of the penis. Benefits: The Basic Stretch penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect penis length flaccid penis length
Step 1 Retract foreskin and grasp penis just behind the glans with the right hand. Step 2 Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is reached. Hold the stretch for a period of time per set. Then relax the pull.
Step 3 Pull to the right and hold the stretch for a period of time. Then relax the pull. Step 4 Pull upward and hold the stretch for a period of time. Then relax the pull and take penis in left hand.
Step 5 Pull to the left and hold the stretch for a period of time. Then relax the pull. Step 6 Pull downward and hold the stretch for a period of time. Then relax the pull. Repeat for the number of sets.
The Clamping Exercise The Clamping exercise uses a clamping device to restrict blood from flowing out of the penis while still allowing a limited blood flow into the penis. This allows for an extraordinary amount of pressure built up which expands the tissues in the penis beyond its normal erection state. By expanding the penis tissues multiple times, the expansion eventually becomes permanent. Please note that Clamping is a very advanced girth exercise and should not be tried until having at least 6 months of penis exercising experience. Clamping is generally safe when caution, awareness, and good judgment are used. Benefits: The Clamping penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: blood circulation erect glans size
erect penis girth flaccid glans size flaccid penis girth Step 1 Wrap the base of the penis with a piece of first aid wrap, cloth or rubber. Some popular wraps are a sock, or a strip of mouse pad. Step 2 Place the clamping device over the wrap. The clamp should be as close to the pubic bone as possible. Loosely close the clamp around the base of the penis.
Step 3 Stimulate the penis until reaching the highest erection possible. While pushing the clamp against the pubic bone, tighten the clamp as much as possible without causing any pain or discomfort. Step 4 Keep the clamp on for a period of time. Do Kegel exercises to push blood into the penis and maintain a full erection.
Step 5 Release the clamp when the rep time has expired, or when noticing negative signs like pain, numbness, tingling or coldness. When noticing negative signs, stop the clamping exercise immediately and apply a hot wrap for at least 5 minutes Step 6 When pausing in between clamping sets, it is important to let your erection decrease to allow the blood to recirculate through your body. Then repeat from Step 3.
Step 7 After finishing the last set of the clamping exercise, remove the wrap. The Double Erect Squeeze
The Double Erect Squeeze exercise is most effective for enlarging the glans and the upper shaft. This penis enlargement exercise forces the blood in the lower part of the erect penis into the upper shaft and glans. Benefits: erect glans size erect penis girth flaccid glans size flaccid penis girth Step 1 Form a grip as close to the base as possible. One may use a standard ok-grip or overhand ok-grip. Step 2 Form a grip just below the glans. One may use a standard ok-grip or overhand ok-grip.
Step 3 Tightly squeeze both grips. Hold for a period of time. Step 4 Loosen both grips. Repeat from Step 2 for a number of reps. Alternate hands between sets.
The Double Rotation Stretch The Double Rotation Stretch exercise is an intense stretch of the shaft performed in a circular motion. Pulling in opposite directions while rotating 360 degrees target makes this penis enlargement exercise stretch all tissue in the penis. Make sure to stretch with the same intensity in all angles. Benefits: erect penis length flaccid penis length Step 1 Retract (fore)skin and with first hand grasp penis just behind the glans with overhand ok-grip.
Step 2 Slowly and firmly pull penis straight up until a comfortable stretch limit is reached. Step 3 With second hand, grip shaft with standard ok-grip an inch above the base, and pull downward towards the base.
Step 4 While maintaining a stretch, start moving penis in a single circular motion. Step 5 When halfway the suggested rep time, the pull should be downward. Keep the pulling hand as close to the body as possible.
Step 6 Finish one complete circle and then repeat from Step 5 for a number of reps. Alternate hands between sets. The Double Static Squeeze
The Double Static Squeeze exercise uses two hands to squeeze the penis shaft. The penis enlargement exercise forces more blood into the corpora cavernosa and glans, which will expand and stretch. Benefits: The Double Squeeze penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect glans size erect penis girth flaccid glans size flaccid penis girth Step 1 With first hand, form a tight standard ok-grip as close to the base as possible. Step 2 With second hand, form an overhand ok-grip in front of the first hand.
Step 3 Tighten both grips and squeeze shaft with as many fingers as possible. Hold squeeze for a period of time Step 4 Release both hands. Kegel between reps to maintain erection level. Alternate hands between sets.
The Double Stretch The Double Stretch exercise mainly stretches the shaft of the penis. This penis enlargement exercises uses two hands to stretch the shaft in two different directions; one hand pulling away from body, the other hand is pulling towards the body. Benefits: The Double Stretch penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect penis length flaccid penis length Step 1 Retract (fore)skin and grasp penis an inch behind the glans with the first hand.
Step 2 Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is reached. Step 3
With second hand, grip shaft with a standard ok-grip an inch above the base, and pull backward towards the base. Step 4 Hold the stretch in two different directions for a period of time. Step 5
Then release hands. Repeat from step 3 for a number of reps. Alternate hands between sets. The Dry Jelq The Dry Jelq is one of the primary penis enlargement exercises. The squeeze forces more blood into the corpora cavernosa which will expand and stretch the cell walls to allow larger quantities of blood to enter the penis. It is mostly considered a girth exercise, but some have reported substantial length gains from it. Benefits: The Dry Jelq penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect glans size erect penis girth erect penis length flaccid glans size flaccid penis girth flaccid penis length Step 1
Create a loose standard okay grip or loose overhand okay grip positioned roughly in the middle of the shaft. Step 2 Pull back the skin on the shaft by stroking the loose okay grip towards the base of the penis, getting as close to the pubic bone as possible. Step 3
Tighten grip around base and slowly slide hand up to the glans, squeezing the penis for the duration of the suggested rep time. Apply enough pressure to force the blood up the penis. Use less pressure if it feels painful. Step 4 Stop sliding directly before the grip reaches the glans. You have completed one dry jelq stroke. Step 5
Loosen grip and do a Kegel Clench while quickly sliding hand back and pulling back shaft skin. Return to step 4 then continue. Alternate hands between sets. Edging Edging is one of the best exercise to build stamina and improve ejaculation control. During Edging trigger areas are stimulated by hand, and right before ejaculation the stimulation is stopped or slowed down. Once the urge to ejaculate has subsided, stimulation is slowly increased again. The exercise helps the brain to gain complete control over ejaculation, and the "stop-and-go" builds up a mind blowing orgasm. Benefits: The Edging penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: blood circulation ejaculation control ejaculation intensity ejaculation volume erection strength Step 1
Start with stroking the base of the erect penis and slowly move up towards the glans. Step 2 Gently stroke the glans and frenulum. Step 3
When feeling the urge to ejaculate, slow down the strokes and move back down to the base of the penis again. Step 4 Stop stroking completely when reaching the point of no return; the point where one will ejaculate if stroking would continue. Once more experienced, get closer to the point of no return and hold a strong (reverse) kegel to stop ejaculation. Step 5
Take slow and deep breaths while waiting for the urge to ejaculate subside completely. Continue with Step 3 for the duration of the exercise. Step 6 When the exercise has finished, one may stroke to the point of ejaculation. The Erect Raise
The Erect Raise exercises the pelvic floor muscle. A fully erect penis is pushed down by hand while performing Kegel Clench exercises. Benefits: The Erect Raise penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: blood circulation ejaculation control ejaculation intensity ejaculation volume erection strength prostate health Step 1 Kegel tightly and hold the contraction of the PC muscle. Step 2 While holding the Kegel, position a hand above the penis.
Step 3 Slowly push the penis down while tightening the kegel clench. Hold for a period of time. Step 4 Slowly let penis come all the way back up by gradually releasing the push. The release the Kegel. Repeat from step 2 onwards for a number of reps.
The Erect Raise The Erect Raise exercises the pelvic floor muscle.
The Erect Squeeze
The Erect Squeeze exercise, also known as ULI, is most effective for enlarging the glans and the upper shaft. This penis enlargement exercise forces the blood in the lower part of the erect penis into the upper shaft and glans. Benefits: The Erect Squeeze penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect glans size erect penis girth flaccid glans size flaccid penis girth Step 1 Form a grip as close to the base as possible. One may use a standard ok-grip or overhand ok-grip. Step 2 Squeeze the grip tightly and add fingers to the grip to increase pressure. Hold for a period of time.
Step 3 Release grip. Repeat from Step 2 onwards for a number of reps. Alternate hands between sets. The Flaccid Bend
The Flaccid Bend exercise is considered one of the primary penis girth exercises. While pulling with one hand, the shaft is bend over the fingers of the other hand. The bend is repeated in four directions; down, left, up and right. Benefits: The Flaccid Bend penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect penis girth flaccid penis girth Step 1 Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is reached. Step 2 Place two fingers of the second hand underneath the stretched penis.
Step 3 While stretching, bend the penis over of the fingers of second hand. Hold for a period of time. Step 4 Repeat from Step 3, but place fingers to the right of shaft for right bend, above shaft for upward bend, and to the left for left bend.
Step 5 Between sets, change the position and number of fingers (two to four) placed next to shaft. Alternate hands between sets. The Gentle Stretch The Gentle Stretch exercise applies the concept of active isolated stretching. The goal is to perform quick, gentle stretches lasting not more than a few seconds. When a small
number of these stretches are applied during restroom breaks throughout the day, they can be very effective to gain length. Benefits: The Gentle Stretch penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect penis length flaccid penis length Retract (fore)skin and grasp penis just behind the glans with standard okay grip. Step 1 Gently stretch penis forward and hold for suggested rep time.
Step 2 Release the stretch for two seconds. Repeat from step 2 onwards for a number of reps. Alternate hands between sets The Helicopter Shake
The Helicopter Shake is a penis enlargement exercise that increases the blood flow into the shaft and glans, and it mildly stretches the shaft. The penis is twirled around like a helicopter blade. Benefits: The Helicopter Shake penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: blood circulation Step 1 With the dominant hand (writing hand), grip base of penis with standard okay grip as close to pubic bone as possible Step 2 Make small circular movements with wrist causing the penis to swing around in circles.
Step 3 Gradually increase rotation speed until making about 5 big rotations per second. Step 4 Continue for the duration of the exercise. Change direction between reps.
The Hot Kegel Clench The Hot Kegel Clench is a great warm up exercise. The Hot Wrap makes the penis more elastic and thus more susceptible to the effects of the workout, while the Kegel Clench exercises work out the pelvic floor muscles. Healthy pelvic floor muscles are essential to a healthy penis, and therefore should be exercised regularly. Benefits: The Hot Kegel Clench penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: blood circulation ejaculation control ejaculation intensity ejaculation volume erection strength prostate health Step 1 Apply a hot wrap to shaft.
Step 2 Hold penis in horizontal position. Step 3 Clench the PC muscle and hold for a period of time.
Step 4 Release the PC muscle and repeat from Step 4 until reaching the suggested number of reps. The Hot Kegel Stretch
The Hot Kegel Stretch is a combination of penis enlargement exercises; Stretches, Kegel Clenches, and a Hot Wrap. While pulling forward, the tension is increased with each contraction of the pelvic floor muscle. The Hot Wrap keeps the penile tissue elastic and thus more susceptible to the stretch effects. Benefits: The Hot Kegel Stretch penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: blood circulation ejaculation control ejaculation intensity ejaculation volume erect penis length erection strength flaccid penis length prostate health Step 1 Apply a hot wrap to shaft. Step 2 Retract foreskin and grasp penis behind the glans.
Step 3 Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is reached. Step 4 While holding the stretch, Kegel by tightly clenching the PC muscle. Hold for a period of time.
Step 5 Slowly release the PC muscle while holding the stretch. Repeat from Step 5 onwards for a number of reps. Alternate hands between sets. The Internal Stretch
The Internal Stretch exercise focuses on stretching the inner penis; the part of the penis that is hidden inside the body. This penis enlargement exercise is best performed while sitting down with the legs spread. Benefits: The Internal Stretch penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect penis length flaccid penis length Step 1 With first hand, place a standard ok-grip around the base of the penis and behind the scrotum. Step 2 Pull penis and scrotum in an upward direction, towards the body.
Step 3 With second hand, grip penis behind the glans and pull straight up. Keep pulling with both hands for a period of time. Step 4
Relax both hands. Repeat from Step 2 onwards for a number of reps. Alternate hands between sets. The Kegel Clench The Kegel Clench is the number one penis enlargement exercise for building strong pelvic floor muscles, commonly refered to as the PC muscles or sex muscles. Healthy pelvic floor muscles are essential to a healthy penis; they build harder, bigger and longer-lasting erections, provide greater control over ejaculation and blood flow, and produces stronger and more intense orgasms. Kegels exercise will improve the overall sex life, lead to greater sexual stamina and multiple orgasms, and builds a healthier prostate. Benefits:
The Kegel Clench penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: blood circulation ejaculation control ejaculation intensity ejaculation volume erection strength prostate health Step 1 Clench the PC muscle and hold for the suggested rep time. Step 2
Release the PC muscle and repeat from step 2 onwards for a number of reps. The Rotation Stretch The Rotation Stretch exercise is a stretch performed in a circular motion. Pulling while rotating 360 degrees target makes this penis enlargement exercise stretch all tissue in the penis. Make sure to stretch with the same intensity in all angles. Benefits: The Rotation Stretch penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect penis length flaccid penis length Step 1
Retract foreskin and grasp penis just behind the glans with standard ok-grip. Step 2 Slowly and firmly pull penis up until a comfortable stretch limit is reached. Step 3
While maintaining the stretch, start moving penis in circular motion. When holding with right hand start circle to the left, and vice versa. Step 4 When halfway the suggested rep time, the pull should be downward. Keep the pulling hand as close to the body as possible. Step 5
Finish one complete circle in the suggested rep time. Repeat from Step 4 onwards for a number of reps. Alternate hands between sets. The Side Jelq The Side Jelq exercise is a jelq variation where the stroke alternately curves to the sides. This penis enlargement exercise can be used to straighten a curve, by only stroking in the opposite direction of the curve. Meaning, if the penis curves to the right, jelq to the left and vice versa. Benefits:
The Side Jelq penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect glans size erect penis girth erect penis length flaccid glans size flaccid penis girth flaccid penis length penis straightening Step 1 Apply lubricant to hands and penis. Step 2
Bring penis to about 60% erection level. Step 3 With first hand, create a standard okay grip around the base of the penis. Place the grip as close to the pubic bone as possible. Step 4
Tighten the base grip and slowly slide hand halfway up the shaft. Apply enough pressure to force the blood up the penis. Step 5 Place second hand at the base of the penis to help build support. Step 6
Continue stroke with first hand, while curving movement to the size and pushing shaft against second hand. Step 7 Once the glans is reached, release grip and press palm of hand against penis in a slow bending motion. Step 8
Stop when palm reaches the glans. You have completed one repetition. Step 9 Alternate hands and repeat movement in opposite direction, until reaching the suggested number of reps.
The Towel Raise The Towel Raise exercises the pelvic floor muscle. A hand towel is placed over a fully erect penis and lifted by performing a Kegel Clench. Weight can be adjusted by changing towel size and wetness. Benefits: The Towel Raise penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: blood circulation ejaculation control ejaculation intensity ejaculation volume erection strength prostate health Step 1 Place a towel on the penis. Weight can be adjusted by changing the towel size, and wetting the towel.
Step 2 Slowly breath in and Kegel to lift the towel up as high as possible. Hold kegel for a period of time. Step 3 Slowly breath out and release Kegel to lower towel. You have completed one repetition. Continue from step 3 onwards for a number of reps.
Step 4 If erection starts to subside, try placing one or two fingers underneath the penis to help complete the set. The Twisted Stretch The Twisted Stretch penis enlargement exercise stretches the penis while it has been twisted one or two times.
Benefits: The Twisted Stretch penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect penis length flaccid penis length Step 1 Use both hands to twist penis.
Step 2 Grab shaft below glans and slowly pull penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is reached. Step 3 Hold stretch for the suggested rep time.
Step 4 Release pull. You have completed one repetition. Change the twist direction between sets. Alternate hands between sets. The V-Stretch The V-Stretch exercise pushes the penis down, while pulling it forward. This penis enlargement exercise mainly stretches the bottom part of the shaft. It is the opposite exercise of the A-Stretch. Benefits: The V-Stretch penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect penis length flaccid penis length
Step 1 Retract foreskin and grasp penis just behind the glans with the first hand. Step 2 Slowly and firmly pull penis forward until a comfortable stretch limit is reached.
Step 3 Place thumb of second hand (halfway) on shaft and gently start pushing down. Step 4 Hold the stretch forward and the downward for a period of time.
Step 5 Release downward push. Move thumb to different point on the shaft and repeat from Step 4 onwards for a number of reps. Alternate hands between sets. The Vertical Wet Jelq The Vertical Wet Jelq exercise is a Wet Jelq variation where the stroke curves down. This penis enlargement exercise can be used to straighten an upward curve Benefits: The Vertical Jelq penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect glans size erect penis girth erect penis length flaccid glans size flaccid penis girth flaccid penis length penis straightening
Step 1 Apply lubricant to hands and penis. Step 2 Bring penis to about 60% erection level.
Step 3 With first hand, create a standard okay grip around the base of the penis. Place the grip as close to the pubic bone as possible. Step 4 Tighten the base grip and slowly slide hand halfway up the shaft. Apply enough pressure to force the blood up the penis.
Step 5 Place second hand at the base of the penis to help build support. Step 6 Continue stroke with first hand, while curving movement downward and bending shaft over the second hand.
Step 7 Stop when first hands reaches the glans. You have completed one repetition. Step 8 Alternate hands and repeat movement from step 3 onwards for a number of reps.
The Wet Jelq The Wet Jelq is one of the primary penis enhancement exercises. The continues squeeze forces more blood into the corpora cavernosa which will expand and stretch the cell walls to allow larger quantities of blood to enter the penis. It is mostly considered a girth exercises, but some have reported substantial length gains from it. Benefits: The Wet Jelq penis enlargement and male enhancement exercise benefits: erect glans size erect penis girth erect penis length flaccid glans size flaccid penis girth flaccid penis length Step 1 Apply lubricant to hands and penis. Step 2
Bring penis to about 60% erection level. Step 3 Create a standard okay grip or overhand okay grip around the base of the penis. Place the grip as close to the pubic bone as possible. Step 4
Tighten the base grip and slowly slide hand up to the glans, squeezing the penis for a period of time. Apply enough pressure to force the blood up the penis. Step 5 Stop hand directly before it reaches the glans. You have completed one jelq stroke. Step 6
While still holding the grip below the glans, create a standard okay grip or overhand okay grip around the base of the penis. Place the grip as close to the pubic bone as possible. Step 7 Release the hand below the glans and return to step 4 onwards for a number of reps. The Program That Worked For Me And Worked for More Than 53,000 Other Guys Too
These are MY own methods that I have been using for some time now. I have gotten significant results especially when I am consistent with them. I do hope that at least some of these will help you boost your growth. I mentioned at the start of this book that I will reveal the program that got me the best results on my penis growth journey. While doing some additional research in the process of writing this book I took the time to survey some of my buddies on a paid private penis enlargement online forum that I have been subscribed to for a while now. Majority of them (79.64%) recommended (Penis Advantage). Cheers and have a good one. Mark.
