1 The Influence and Control of Mycotoxins in Feed Industry CHEN Feng, Li Zhixian, Li Taixiang (1. School of Life Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai ; 2. Shanghai Sanwei Feed Additive Co., Ltd, Shanghai ) Abstract: This is an overview of mycotoxin influence on feed industry. Consideration is given to the production of mycotoxin, classification and detection of mycotoxin, and the mycotoxin control. The mycotoxin absorbant/binder can absorb the mycotoxins in feed, so its mechanism, status quo and developing foreground are also discussed. Keywords: Mould; mycotoxin; feed [1] B
