Trojstva 3, Osijek, Hrvatska (zsteiner@pfos.hr) 2 Phoenix Farmacija d.d.,vinkovačka b.b., Osijek, Hrvatska Saţetak Cilj istraţivanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj razliţitih razina sirovih bjelanţevina i energije na proizvodna svojstva ţenskih tovnih piliša. Pokus je obuhvatio 300 jednodnevnih brojlera, podijeljenih u tri osnovne skupine. hranjena je na razini energije i bjelanţevina 100%, 1 na razini 93,5%, a 2 na razini 87%. Statistiţki vrlo znaţajno (P<0,01) veše tjelesne mase ostvarene su kod piliša hranjenih s višim udjelom sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije u krmnim smjesama. Udio mišiša bio je statistiţki znaţajno viši (P<0,01) u kontrolnoj i skupini 1 u odnosu na skupinu 2. Biokemijski pokazatelji pokazali su manje koncentracije triglicerida i kreatinina u ma hranjenim krmnim smjesama s manjom razinom sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije. Kljuţne rijeţi: brojleri, hranidba, energija, bjelanţevine, ţenski Uvod Napredak poljoprivredne proizvodnje prvenstveno ovisi o sinergiji znanosti i prakse. Precizno hranjenje je definirano kao opskrbljivanje ţivotinje sa hranom tako da ţivotinja prima sve nutritivno potrebne tvari u svakom trenutku (Sifri 1997.). Takvo hranjenje teško je balansirati jer je potrebno znati i pratiti nutritivne potrebe ţivotinje tijekom rasta i razvoja. Prema Ferketu i sur. (2002.) nutritivne potrebe se mijenjaju, ovisno o velikom broju ţimbenika i zbog genetskih karakteristika ispitivanih ţivotinja. Preporuka je da se odnos sirovih bjelanţevina (%) i metaboliţke energije (KJ/kg), u krmnim smjesama piliša, kreše u omjeru od 1:570 kod starter smjese, a kod finisher smjese 1:649 (NRC, 1994.). Podaci iz literature ukazuju na znaţajnost i aktualnost istraţivanja sastavljanja krmnih smjesa s razliţitim razinama sirovih bjelanţevina i energije kod tovnih piliša, u svrhu poboljšavanja tovnih, klaoniţkih i ekonomskih rezultata. Iskorištenje hrane u piliša poboljšano je s vešim koncentracijama bjelanţevina u smjesama. Razina probavljivih bjelanţevina u smjesi takoťer utjeţe i na prirast i tjelesnu kompoziciju tkiva u piliša (Smith i sur ; Rosebrough i sur ; Surisdiarto i sur ). Provodeši istraţivanja s razliţitim razinama bjelanţevina Alleman i sur. (2000.) dobili su rezultate koji ukazuju na povezanost konverzije hrane i koliţine bjelanţevina koje piliši dobivaju u obrocima, odnosno što se koliţina bjelanţevina smanjuje, to se povešava konverzija. TakoŤer su utvrdili povezanost koliţine bjelanţevina koje piliši dobivaju u obrocima sa smanjenjem koliţine mišišja prsiju, odnosno što se koliţina bjelanţevina smanjuje, smanjuje se koliţina prsnih mišiša Cilj ovog istraţivanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj razliţitih razina sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije na tovne karakteristike i biokemijske pokazatelje u serumu ţenskih tovnih piliša. 45. hrvatski i 5. međunarodni simpozij agronoma 1077

2 Animal Husbandry Materijal i metode Istraţivanje je obuhvatilo 300 jednodnevnih ţenskih piliša ROSS- 308, koji su podijeljeni u tri skupine od 50 piliša. Skupine su hranjene s razliţitim razinama sirovih bjelanţevina (220/205/190 g/kg starter, 200/185/170 g/kg finisher) i metaboliţke energije (12,64/11,76/10,92 MJ/kg starter, 12,98/12,03/11,12 MJ/kg finisher). Odnos sirovih bjelanţevina (%) i metaboliţke energije (KJ) kod krmnih smjesa starter i finisher bio je jednak u sve tri skupine. U okviru svakog tretmana izvršena su dva ponavljanja. Pokus je trajao 6 tjedana. U prva tri tjedna korištena je krmna smjesa starter, a od ţetvrtog tjedna do kraja šestog tjedna je korištena krmna smjesa finisher. Tablica 1. Hrana i voda pilišima davani su po volji. Uzorkovanje krvi, izvršeno je punkcijom iz krilne vene, 35. dana ţivota na 10 piliša iz svake skupine. Serum je analiziran u automatskom analizatoru Olimpus AU640. Disekcija trupova izvršena je, na kraju pokusa pri starosti piliša od 6 tjedana, prema Pravilniku o kakvoši mesa peradi (N.N. br. 1/81 i N.N. br. 51/88). Statistiţka analiza rezultata istraţivanja obavljena je sa programskim sustavom STATISTICA (StatSoft, Inc.7, ). Prosjeţne su vrijednosti izraţunate deskriptivnom statistikom, a razlike izmeťu utvrťene su Tukey testom. 3 Rezultati i rasprava U Tablici 2 prikazane su, po tjednima tjelesne mase, standardna devijacija, statistiţka znaţajnost i konvezija hrane ţenskih brojlera. Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da su statistiţki vrlo znaţajno (P<0,01) vešu tjelesnu masu postigli piliši (kontrolna, 1), hranjenih smjesom koja je sadrţavala višu razinu sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije, u odnosu na skupinu 2 u prva dva tjedna. Od trešeg do kraja šestog tjedna statistiţki vrlo znaţajne razlike (P<0,01) bile su izmeťu piliša sve tri skupine. Tjelesna masa piliša bila je najveša u kontrolnoj skupini, a najniţa u skupini 2. Konverzija hrane za kg prirasta povešala se smanjenjem udjela sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije u krmnim smjesama. Tablica 2. (2008). Tjelesna masa piliša je opadala (P<0,01), dok su unos hrane i konverzija hrane rasli (P<0,01), kako se udio bjelanţevina i energije smanjivao tijekom razliţitih razdoblja hranidbe piliša. Solangi i sur. (2003.), jednako kao Saleh i sur. (2004.) takoťer su utvrdili statistiţko znaţajnu povezanost koliţine sirovih bjelanţevina u krmnim smjesama i porasta tjelesne mase. Tablica 3. Posljedicu smanjenja mišiša pratilo je i relativno povešanje udjela masti i koţe u prsima u skupini 2. Relativni udio kostiju bio je statistiţki vrlo znaţajno viši (P<0,01) u skupini 2 u odnosu na kontrolnu skupinu. Skupina 1 imala je statistiţki znaţajno (P<0,05) viši relativni udio kostiju u odnosu na kontrolnu skupinu. Skupine piliša hranjene krmnim smjesama s niţom razinom sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije imale su veši relativni udio kostiju u odnosu na skupine hranjene s višom razinom sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije. 4 Animal Husbandry rezultati u skladu su s Alleman i sur. (2000.) koji su pokazali da smanjivanje razine bjelanţevina u smjesama izravno utjeţe na smanjivanje relativne koliţine prsnog mišišja. Razina kreatinina u kontrolnoj skupini bila je statistiţki znaţajno (P<0,05) viša u odnosu na skupinu 2 i statistiţki vrlo znaţajno (P<0,01) viša u odnosu na skupinu 1. Koncentracija tiglicerida u piliša, bila je najviša u kontrolnoj skupini i smanjivala se kako se sniţavala razina sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije u krmnim smjesama. Ovi rezultati su u skladu s rezultatima Özek i Bahti yarca (2004.). Zakljuĉak Tjelesna masa piliša ovisila je prvenstveno o razini sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije u krmnim smjesama. Konverzija hrane u piliša bila je najniţa u kontrolnoj skupini i povešala se s trendom smanjivanja sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije u krmnim smjesama. Smanjivanje koncentracije sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije u krmnim smjesama, uz jednaku konverziju u skupini 1 i skupini 2, rezultiralo je manjim relativnim udjelom prsnih mišiša. Vrijednosti biokemijskih pokazatelja u serumu piliša pokazali su manju opterešenost organizma (niţe vrijednosti triglicerida i kreatinina) kod hranjenih krmnim smjesama s manjom razinom sirovih bjelanţevina i metaboliţke energije. Production characteristics of broilers at different levels of crude protein and metabolic energy in feed Abstract A study was conducted to evaluate crude protein and energy level supply on female broiler production parameters. They were divided into three groups and placed in three separate pens. Control group which was fed a crude protein and metabolic level of 100%, and Group 1 which was fed on level 93,5% and Group 2 on level 87%. Feed conversion (g gain/g feed), body mass, and gain improved as crude protein and energy levels increased. The relative proportion of muscle in the Control group and Group 1 was statically (P<0,01) much higher than in Group 2. Biochemical parameters showed lower concentrations of triglycerides and creatinine in the groups fed feed mixtures with a lower level of crude protein and metabolic energy.
