2 Introduction to Uno-1: Uno-1 contains the effective ingredients G-proteins and Plant Activity Enzymes. G-proteins are compounds existing in all organisms, but in varying amounts. Animals and plants need larger amounts of G-proteins, whilst insect pests and pathogens require less. This is why Uno Fortune Inc. established in 1993 adopted G-proteins as effective ingredients in all of its fertilizers and enzymes. 3 in 1 Natural Mucilage Organic Fertilizer was registered in 1994, our first product Bio-1 (B-1) had the basic functions of killing pests and plant diseases whilst ensuring plant health. By continued research, Uno Fortune improves its range of fertilizers updating its products every one to three years. Our range of Bio products (B1-12) are currently being modified into Nano products, where the molecules of the G-proteins are reduced to 10-9 m. Nano-2 (N-2) was marketed in 2000 and Nano-3 was first commercially sold in Further research saw the development of Nano-3 and in February of 2008 Nano-5 was launched. In 2010 Uno-1 was upgraded to our latest product containing Plant Activity Enzymes. Plant Activity Enzymes are a combination of different types of plant enzymes in order to enhance the effectiveness of the G-proteins, molecules were reduced to 10-9 m in order to develop the 3 in 1 Natural Plant Activity Enzyme. The principle behind a single product delivering 3 functions with wide application is to reduce the effective ingredients, i.e. the G-proteins and Plant Activity Enzymes in size to nanometers allowing them to penetrate the cells of plants, pests and diseases within seconds. Plants can directly use the effective ingredients G-proteins and Plant Activity Enzymes to increase the production of energy and the synthesis of nutrients and to activate inactive plant genes so raising the amount of nutrition available to the plant. Cells of insect pests and pathogens require less metabolic substances than plants, thus increasing their level causes the death of insect pests and pathogens. Uno-1 is a natural, non-residual contact solution that kills insect pests and plant diseases and prevents their return. Insect pests and pathogens requiring less metabolic substances than plants absorb lethal amounts of the metabolic substances in Uno-1 and die. Therefore, spraying Uno-1 onto the tops and undersides of leaves together with the roots can ensure both the commercial value of crops and their attractive appearance. As Uno-1 kills by contact leaving no residue, applying Uno-1 directly to the roots or the surrounding soil will not adversely affect beneficial organisms such as earthworms, but spraying Uno-1 directly on to beneficial insects such as bees should be avoided along with the flowers which attract them. There are two steps in applying Uno-1 leading to higher more efficient cultivation. Infection by insect pests and plant diseases causes a high death rate in plants also it is not only difficult but often time consuming to identify the exact cause of a disease. Applying Uno-1 to plants prevents infection of pests and plant diseases. In addition, after being taken in by plants Uno-1 is converted into nutrients which increase plant growth, reproduction, blooming and fruit production etc. and greatly reduces the death rates of infected plants. The first step is to dilute Uno-1 in water with a dilution factor of 1:500/1000. Apply generously saturating the plant and the soil over roots once every 5-10 days in order to prevent and control infection by pests and plant diseases. The second step is to control the outbreak of pests and plant diseases by diluting Uno-1 in water with a dilution factor of 1:500. Apply generously saturating the plant and the soil over roots once every 3-5 days this keeps the infection by pests and plant diseases to the lowest level. Plants that have successfully been treated with Uno-1 have higher levels of nutrients, are healthier and have more rapid growth. Uno-1 raises the survival rates of plants which have suffered flooding and decreases the impact of global warming. Uno-1 can eliminate the problems associated with continuous cultivation of land; it also shortens the time required from planting to harvesting allowing more harvests per year. This increases farmland productivity and can help reduce the amount of agricultural land under cultivation whilst still satisfying man s needs for increased food production. For optimum effects Uno-1 is best applied within 48 hrs of dilution, after 48 hrs, particles in Uno-1 will begin reverting to their pre-treatment state leaving behind no residue. p.1

3 Thus, Uno-1 is both a healthy and environmentally friendly product ensuring efficient and increased yield with economy. Uno-1 is the most advanced biotech product of its kind available. In addition to accelerating growth and maintaining plant health Uno-1 has a broad spectrum of additional features including safety, zero toxicity, and high efficiency. Uno-1 is the enzyme right for professional people running organic farms or domestic horticulture. It is convenient for drip feed application and helps with access to markets where the produce needs to pass pesticide tests. Uno-1 is right for use where traceability systems are in use. It simplifies agricultural production, aids in the import and export of plants which need to pass toxicity tests including biological quarantine and assists in maintaining the environment. Uno-1 is the best product to satisfy future needs and ensure a healthy ecological balance. Uno Fortune Inc. has a policy of continued development and research whilst respecting nature. Uno Fortune Inc. embraces the challenges from a changing environment which threatens the health of humans whilst respecting and cherishing the earth s natural resources. Uno-1 Molecule Localization: 3 in 1 Natural Plant Activity Enzyme is not just a fertilizer or a pesticide. In addition, it is more powerful, precise and faster than any fertilizers or pesticides currently on the market. 1. Active ingredients, Plant Activity Enzymes: ATPase, β-glucosidase, α-glucosidase etc. help to strengthen the effective ingredient G-proteins and stimulate cytochemical reactions. 2. Active ingredients, G-proteins: glycoprotein, mucilage, dehydrogenase, etc. help to strengthen plant histochemistry. Uno-1 Cytochemical Reaction: Plant Activity Enzymes perform many important functions, including helping to increase the reactions of sugar chain molecules in G-proteins which stimulate the release of important energy in plant cells. They are also involved in the synthesis of cell membranes; they signal transmission in converting nutrition, adjust and control metabolism, physical development and differentiation. Repair damaged cells, adjust and control the effective utilization of plant hormones, stimulate phytoalexin inducing the reactions to resistance in plants. They combine α-glucosidase and β-glucosidase to hydrolyse the cell membranes of fungi, bacteria, and viruses and the endocrine glands of pests and so quickly stopping infection. They combine dehydrogenase etc. to bring about active reactions produced by auxins to stimulate protease an activating agent etc. which enters cells producing biochemical reactions which prevent harmful processes caused by abnormal weather conditions. This in turn, eradicates the need for crop rotation and prevents pests and diseases from returning. Uno-1 Plant Histochemistry: G-proteins stimulate guidance molecules and vernier molecules in cell membranes and cell walls. They carry out comprehensive molecular bonding in vessels and sieve tubes to induce highly active LEA genes and CBF genes. These form pathogen- and pest- resistant specific endoglycosidase which eradicates side-chain Glc genes which cause resistance to pesticides in pests and a large amount of nutritional residue in plant cells such as serin, sulfur-containing amino acids and H 2 released by the germination of spores during infection. They also stimulate 9-glycopeptides which build powerful factor molecules that quickly eliminate pests and plant diseases. p.2

4 Uno-1 Biochemistry: Uno-1 is a structure of multifunctional active enzymes, including the enzymes in roots, leaves, flowers, stems and fruit; it is involved in all plant cell growth. As every chain of molecules in Uno-1 has light-sensitive molecules and catalyst molecules, the supply of nutrients to plants is not dependent on photosynthesis. New cells quickly develop by division and differentiation within seconds, each cell consisting of 98.7% nutritional factor molecules. Uno-1 Advanced Nutrition and Plant Metabolism : Uno-1 taken in by plants is converted into complete nutrients via biochemical pathways. These nutrients satisfy the needs of the plant in all phases of development, i.e. seedling, general growth, blooming and fruiting. It accelerates blooming and budding, prevents fruit dropping, splitting, rotting and increases the sweetness of fruit and the synthesis of aroma. It lengthens the life of cut flowers due to anti-ethylene, maintains the brightness of flowers, prevents roots rotting, sterilizes the soil and balances the ph value. It increases resistance to drought, cold and heat. Prevents dormancy due to plants having adequate nutrients, accelerates absorption, conversion and movement (25 cm/min) of nutrients. Helps metabolism, cell division and differentiation and favourably adjusts harvest periods. It increases the value of fruit and reduces the rate of damaged fruit to the lowest level. It eliminates poisonous compounds in plant cells and increases the value of nutrients utilized by human cells to 98.7% in all agricultural produce that Uno-1 is applied to. Uno-1 Directions for Use. The Method of Sustainable Non-toxic Organic Cultivation of Uno-1: The use of Uno-1 can increase the growth of plants, eradicate and prevent pests and diseases such as viruses, fungi, bacteria, fusarium spp., nematodes and the pathogens created by mutation. With dilution factors of 1: and two simple steps Uno-1 can reach the aim of sustainable non-toxic organic cultivation. The outbreak of pests and plant diseases causes high death rates and it is not only difficult but often time consuming to diagnose the exact cause of a disease. The symptoms of infected plants by pests or diseases are changes in color, rot, necroses, leaf spots, damping off, blight, shot holes, canker, wilt, distortion, ring spots, chlorosis, falling leaves, rotting roots, ethylene causing rotting fruit, leaf curling, club root etc. Applying Uno-1 to plants prevents infection of pests and diseases. Please Dilute Uno-1 in water with a dilution factor of 1: in order to maintain plant health. Apply generously saturating the plant and the soil over roots once every 5-10 days in order to decrease or prevent chances of an outbreak of pests and diseases. Taking good care of plants by applying Uno-1 can prevent infection by pests and diseases. After being taken in by plants Uno-1 is converted into nutrients which increase growth, reproduction, blooming and fruit production etc. to control the infection of pests and diseases by diluting Uno-1 in water with a dilution factor of 1:500. Apply generously saturating the plant and the soil over roots once every 3-5 days this keeps the death rate of infection by pests and diseases to the lowest level. Dilution Factors: 1: A Simple Two Step Procedure: First step: Maintaining plant health by applying Uno-1 can prevent the infection of pests and diseases, whilst increasing the quality of plants and their yields. For application using drip feed please dilute Uno-1 in water with a dilution factor of 1: and apply once every 7 days this can effectively prevent pests and diseases and provide nutrition to plants. If not applying by drip feed please dilute Uno-1 in water with a dilution factor of 1: and spray Uno-1 onto the tops and undersides of leaves together with the roots once every 5-10 days. The long-term use of Uno-1 can effectively prevent and control pests and diseases, whilst increasing the amount of nutrients available. Plants that have successfully been treated with Uno-1 have higher levels of nutrients, are healthier and develop a high resistance to the effects caused by external factors. p.3

5 Uno-1 increases the survival chances of plants suffering from flood and decreases the impact of global warming. Uno-1 can eliminate the problems associated with continuous cultivation of land; it can shorten the time required from planting to harvesting there by allowing more harvests per year. This increase in farmland productivity can help reduce the demand for agricultural land whilst still satisfying man s demand for increased food production. Second step: Elimination and Control of Pests and Diseases Uno-1 is a natural, non-residual contact solution that kills insect pests and diseases. Please dilute Uno-1 in water with a dilution factor of 1:500. Apply generously saturating the plant and the soil over roots. In order to maximize the effects of Uno-1 in killing pests over 2 cm in length together with other pests such as carmine spider mites, scales, thrips, pear phylloxerids etc. which usually inhabit the undersides of leaves it is necessary to spray Uno-1 onto the tops and undersides of leaves together with the roots once every three days. After spraying Uno-1 three to four times over a period of 9-12 days, the threat from pests and diseases is resolved. (Directions- Note 1) 1. In order to accelerate flowering, increase fruit size, avoid fruit cracking, fruit abscission and to improve fruit coloration apply Uno-1 with a dilution factor of 1: generously saturating the soil over the roots. 2. In order to prevent infection and to accelerate seed sprouting soak seeds in Uno-1 with a dilution factor of 1: , the seeds are ready for sowing when they sink. Apply Uno-1 to seedlings with a dilution factor of 1:1000 saturating the soil over the roots once a week. 3. In the care of potted plants, apply Uno-1 once to the roots with a dilution factor of 1: and spray Uno-1 with a dilution factor of 1: every three days onto the leaves and soil. 4. In order to adjust harvest periods, apply Uno-1 with a dilution factor of 1:500 once every 5-7 days generously saturating the plant and the soil over the roots. (Directions-Note 2) More Information on Pest and Disease Prevention and Elimination The method by which Uno-1 eliminates pests and diseases. Uno-1 is broadly applicable in eliminating viruses, fungi, bacteria, nematodes, Fusarium spp., insect pests etc., because the particles of Uno-1 quickly permeate the cells of pests and diseases and in so doing produce internal pressure against the cell wall forcing the contents of the cells to flow out resulting in the death of the cell. The method by which Uno-1 defends plants against viruses. Uno-1 kills viruses which fasten onto the cells of plants in order to absorb water necessary for their process of replication. The method by which Uno-1 defends plants against fungi and bacteria. 7 (Directions- Note 3) More Information on Diluting Uno-1 Dilute Uno-1 only in water, because particles of Uno-1 spread evenly in water. After spraying Uno-1 attaches to the surfaces of plants, pests and pathogens and quickly permeates cells within seconds. The particles of Uno-1 once in cells of plants accelerate the production of energy and nutrients, which efficiently increases growth and the synthesis of more nutrients in cells. Uno-1 in the cells of pests and diseases produces internal pressure against the cell wall forcing the contents of the cells to flow out resulting in the death of the cell. Uno-1 users should only use water to dilute Uno-1, and it is unnecessary to add other chemicals, stickers, or spreaders to Uno-1. Diluted 1kg of Uno-1 has the same effect as 1 ton of other fertilizers, so it is unnecessary to add other fertilizers to Uno-1. Alone, Uno-1 can prevent pests and diseases, increase nutrients contained in plants, keep plants healthy, raise the survival rates of plants affected by flooding, decrease the impact of global warming, eliminate the problems of continuous cultivation of land, increase farmland productivity, allow more harvests per year, and boost market value of agricultural produce. 1. Dilute Uno-1 only prior to use. For optimum effects Uno-1 is best applied within 48 hrs of dilution. After 48 hrs particles in Uno-1 will begin reverting to their pre-treatment form. 2. Uno-1 can be stored for up to 3 years if kept cool.
