13 Conclusions Peanut paste samples were the most contaminated, representing the highest risk to consumer health in CI With AFB1 and AFT levels up to 4535 µg/kg and 894 µg/kg, respectively Maize: up to 8.5 and µg/kg for AFB1 and AFT, respectively Rice: up to 14.1 and 32.7 µg/kg for AFB1 and AFT, respectively % Rice Maize Peanut 4 paste
