No. 1954/003213/07 Trading as (Pty) Ltd P.O WITFIELD 1467 HARMFUL WARNINGS: WITHOLDING PERIODS: Allow 7 days between last application and harvest of tomatoes and cabbage, 14 days between last application and harvest of onions, 3 days between last application and harvest of peas and 4 days between last application and harvest of beans. Do not graze treated bean and pea fields. Do not exceed three (3) successive applications. Handle with care. Harmful if swallowed. Toxic to fish, harmful to wildlife and moderately toxic to bees. Keep container tightly sealed and store in a cool place. Store away from food and feedstuffs. Store out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals. In order to combat the build-up of resistance against Suntap 500 SP, alternate the use on the crops as listed, With other registered products with different chemistry and mode of action. In case of poisoning take patient immediately to nearest medical doctor and make this label available to him/her. Re-entry interval: Do not enter treated area within 1 day after treatment unless wearing protective clothing. ALTHOUGH THIS REMEDY HAS BEEN EXTENSIVELY TESTED UNDER A LARGE VARIETY OF CONDITIONS, THE REGISTRATION HOLDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE EFFICACIOUS UNDER ALL CONDITIONS BECAUSE THE ACTION AND EFFECT THEREOF MAY BE AFFECTED BY FACTORS SUCH AS ABNORMAL CLIMATIC AND STORAGE CONDITIONS, QUALITY OF DILUTION WATER, COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES NOT INDICATED ON THE LABEL AND THE OCCURRENCE OF RESISTANCE OF THE PEST AGAINST THE SUBSTANCE CONCERNED AS WELL AS THE METHOD, TIME AND ACCURACY OF APPLICATION. 3 PRECAUTIONS: Do not inhale dust or spray mist. Wear suitable protective clothing: overalls, rubber boots and gloves, nose, mouth and eye protection when handling powder. Wash with soap and water after use. Wash contaminated clothing after use. Do not eat, drink or smoke whilst mixing, applying or before washing hands and face. Prevent contamination of food, feed, drinking water and eating utensils. Prevent drift onto other edible crops, grazing, rivers, dams and areas not under treatment. Empty container thoroughly over spray tank. Destroy empty container and dispose of in a safe manner. Do not use for any other purpose. Clean applicator before using other remedies and dispose of wash water where it will not contaminate other crops, grazing, rivers and dams. SYMPTOMS OF POISONING: Nausea, trembling, salivation, dysponea and mydriasis FIRST AID TREATMENT: Flush contamination out of eyes with clean water for 15 minutes. Wash contaminated body area well with soap and water. If ingested, induce vomiting by tickling the back of the throat. NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: SUNTAP 500 SP is not a cholinesterase inhibitor. Administer intravenous injection of mg/litre Cysteine or intramuscular injection of mg of BAL (Dimercaprol). RESISTANCE WARNING: For resistance management, Suntap 500 SP is a group code 14 insecticide. Any insect population may contain individuals naturally resistant to Suntap 500 SP and other group code 14 insecticides. The resistant individuals dominate the insect population if these insecticides are used repeatedly. These resistant insects may not be controlled by Suntap 500 SP or other group code 14 insecticides, although local experts should be consulted for local resistance recommendations. The following classification scheme is based on mode of action. It is recognized that resistance of insects and mites to insecticides and acaricides can also result from enhanced metabolism, reduced penetration or behavioural changes that are not linked to any site of action classification but are specific for individual chemicals or chemical groupings. Despite of this, alternation of compounds from different chemical classes remains a viable management technique. To delay insecticide resistance: *Avoid exclusive repeated use insecticides from the same chemical subgroup. *Integrate other control methods (chemical, cultural, biological) into insect control programmes For further information contact your local distributor. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use only as directed. SUNTAP 500 SP is susceptible to alkaline hydrolysis. The use of the acidifier/adjuvant BLADBUFF 5 is recommended. Add the BLADBUFF 5 to the spray water prior to mixing the required amount of SUNTAP 500 SP. The use of other registered thrip insecticides are recommended in alternation with Suntap on onions. Do not apply to spring onions. Add a wetter such like Silwet L77 or Tronic to spray mixture. Dra geskikte beskermende klere : oorpak, rubberstewels en handskoene, neus-, mond- en oogbeskerming wanneer poeier hanteer word. Was deeglik met seep en water na hantering. Was besoedelde klere na gebruik. Moet nie eet, rook of drink tydens toediening, hantering of voordat hande en gesig gewas is nie. Voorkom besoedeling van voedsel, voer, drinkwater en eetgerei. Voorkom besoedeling van ander gewasse, weiding, riviere, damme en gebiede nie onder behandeling nie. Maak die houer deeglik leeg oor spuittenk. Vernietig leë houer en raak daarvan ontslae op n veilige manier. Moet nie vir enige ander doel gebruik nie. Maak toedieningsapparaat skoon voor ander middels gebruik word en raak van waswater ontslae waar dit nie ander gewasse, weiding, riviere en damme sal besoedel nie.

7 SIMPTOME VAN MENSLIKE VERGIFTING: Mislikheid, spiertrekking, kwyling, disponea en midriasis NOODHULPBEHANDELING: Besmette oë moet vir 15 minute met skoon water uitgespoel word. Spoel die besmette liggaamsdele met seep en water af. Indien ingesluk veroorsaak vomering deur die agterste gedeelte van die keel met u vinger te prikkel. NOTA AAN GENEESHEER: SUNTAP 500 SP is nie n cholienesterase inhibeerder nie. Dien mg/liter Cisteine binne-aars of mg BAL (Dimercaprol) binnespiers toe. INSEK WEERSTANDSBEHEER: Vir weerstandsbeheer: Suntap 50 SP is n groepkode 14 insekdoder. Enige insek populasie sal enkele individue bevat wat weerstand het teen Suntap 500 SP en ander groepkode 14 insekdoders. Die weerstandbiedende individue domineer die insekpopulasie wanneer hierdie insekdoder herhaaldelik gebruik word. Die weerstandbiedende insekte mag dalk nie deur Suntap 500 SP of ander groepkode 14 insekdoders beheer word nie. Ervare konsultante moet gekontak word oor plaaslike weerstandsbeheer strategieë.. Die volgende klassifikasies is gebasseer op die manier van werking, hierdie klassifikasies bewys dat insek en myt weerstand teen insekdoders en mytdoders ontstaan as gevolg van verhoogde metabolisme, verlaagde penetrasie of gedrags veranderinge. Hierdie verandering is nie gekoppel aan enige site of action klassifikasie nie, maar is spesifiek vir individuele chemikalieë of chemiese groepe. Nieteenstaande, bly die afwisseling van mengsels met verskillende chemiese klasse steeds n lewensvatbare bestuurstegniek. Die vertraging van insekmiddel weerstandbiedendheid kan verky word deur: * Vermy eksklusiewe, herhaaldelike gebruik van insekdoders van dieselfde chemiese subgroep. * Integreer verskeie beheer maatreëls (chemies, kultuur, biologies) in insekbeheer programme. GEBRUIKSAANWYSINGS: Gebruik slegs soos aangedui. SUNTAP 500 SP is geneig tot alkaliese hidrolise. Die gebruik van die versuurder/bevorderingsmiddel BLADBUFF 5 word aanbeveel. Meng BLADBUFF 5 eerste met die spuitwater voordat die benodigde hoeveelheid van SUNTAP 500 SP bygevoeg word. Begin bespuiting met eerste verskyning van infestasie en herhaal elke 7 dae as n spuitprogram. Moet nie die aanbevole dosis oorskry nie aangesien hoër dosisse plante kan beskadig. Waarskuwing: Moet nie toedien wanneer temperature 30ºC oorskry nie. Dien toe sodra die eerste motte opgemerk word, en herhaal met intervalle van dae totdat die besmetting afneem. Gebruik 500 l spuitmengsel per hektaar. Erd minstens tweekeer per groeiseisoen op. AARTAPPELBLAAR- MYNER (Liriomyza huidobrensis) 400 g/100 l water tot n maksimum van Lande: Dien as n volle dekbespuiting toe. Begin bespuiting met eerste verskyning van infestasie en herhaal elke 7 dae as n spuitprogram. Moet nie die aanbevole dosis oorskry nie aangesien hoër dosisse plante kan beskadig.

Dien toe sodra die eerste blaaspootjies opgemerk word en herhaal met intervalle van 7 14 dae. Die gebruik van ander geregistreerde blaaspootjie doders in afwisseling met Suntap op uie word aanbeveel. Moet nie op spruitruie toedien nie. Voeg n benatter soos Silwet L77 of Tronic by spuitmengsel. Dien as n volle dekbespuiting toe. Begin bespuiting met eerste verskyning van infestasie en herhaal elke 7 10 dae as n spuitprogram. Moet nie die aanbevole dosis oorskry nie aangesien hoër dosisse plante kan beskadig. BLADBUFF 5, Reg.
