1 Draft of Sanitation Standards for General Foods 17 and the second paragraph of 5 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation (herein referred to as "this Act"). For foods which have their own sanitation standards, those standards shall be applied to the respective foods. Foods being sold shall have normal and reasonable acceptable traits, flavor and color. No discoloration, off odor or flavor, abnormal clot or precipitate, contamination, visible moldy, foreign matter, insects or parasite; because bad hygiene, poor quality or improper processing process control. Article 4 The maximum levels of metals, mycotoxins, other contaminants and toxins in foods, except as foods which have their own sanitation standards, shall meet the Sanitation Standard for Contaminants and Toxins in Food. Article 5 The maximum level of microorganism: Category Item MPN of bacteria per gram MPN of E. Coli per gram General foods served without preparing treatments (including washing, peeling, heating, cooking, etc.) General foods to be served after preparing treatments (including washing, peeling, heating, cooking, etc.) Article 6 Water for food production:

Water used in the production of food grade ice cubes, beverage, bottled and packaged drinking water shall meet the requirement of Drinking Water Quality Standards set by the competent environmental authorities. 2. The maximum levels of bromate in bottled and packaged drinking water shall not 0.01 mg/l. Article 7 The caffeine contents of packed beverages: 1. Tea and cocoa caffeine contents shall not exceed 500 mg/l. 2. The beverages other tea, coffee and cocoa, caffeine contents shall not exceed 320 mg/l. Article 8 Infant formula, follow-up infant formula, infant formula for special medical purposes and cereal based foods for infants not 12 months of age, residue pesticide shall not be 0.01 ppm. This limit will reference to pesticides minimum detectable level, when this level greater or less 0.01 ppm. That violation of this Article shall be sanctioned in accordance with violation subparagraphs 5 of paragraph1 of 5 of this Act. Article 9

3 in Canned Foods 17 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation. Canned foods packed in metallic containers shall passes inspection by incubation test(37 for 10 days)and free of microorganisms capable of reproducing under normal storage conditions. Canned foods packed in retort-pouch shall passes inspection by incubation test(37 for 10 days)and free of microorganisms capable of reproducing under normal storage conditions. Article 4 Canned foods packed in glass bottles shall passes inspection by incubation test(37 for 10 days)and free of microorganisms capable of reproducing under normal storage conditions. Article 5

6 in Infant Foods This Standard is prescribed in accordance with the provisions of 7 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation. This standard applies to powdered or liquid formula for infants not 12 months of age, intended to supplement breast milk. And the follow-up infant formula manufactured primarily from the edible components of cereals and legumes which should constitute at least 25% of the final mixture on a dry weight basis.
