The methods of the treatment include conservative treatment and surgical treatment such as vertebroplasty. Each has its advantages and disadvantages. Conservative treatment mainly uses drugs. In the surgery the patient s condition age physical condition and economic condition are needed to consider in order to select the appropriate treatment.
