Hip Fracture Registry Introduction Established in 2010 capturing case data from 2009 present Registry Goals: Evaluate relation between surgical outcomes, patient demographics, various implants, and type of fracture intervention to: Reduce length of stay and complications after hip fracture event Optimize rehabilitation opportunities for patients Decrease mortality rate Identify key areas for improvement in treatment Overall Volume by Year and Region Volume is based exclusively on electronic extraction by the following criteria: Primary and revision/reoperation fracture cases Registry includes THA, HA and internal fixation cases Excludes pelvic, acetabular, distal femur and shaft fractures.
