41 Proximal Humeral Fracture Plate System Overview with Main Talking Points Two plate designs address a wide variety of fracture cases: Low Profile plate reduces soft tissue irritation and is designed to be placed 2cm distal to the rotator cuff attachment to minimize subacromial impingement. Greater Tuberosity plate is placed further proximally on greater tuberosity to allow increased coverage and bone purchase.
