3 Message from the Organizing Team Organizing Team Dear Friends & Colleagues, Arise, Awake and Stop not till the Goal is reached. This is an era of Explosion of Information and Advancement of Technologies. The Surgical Sciences are by no means excluded. Although the basic principles remain mostly unchanged, the application of newer technologies in modern surgical treatment is always appealing. We believe that the pursuit of perfection in surgical techniques, joy of acquiring new knowledge and witnessing the improvements in patient care are most satisfying to surgeons. The fundamental requirement of lifelong learning in our profession was one of the major encouragements to our scientific team. The faculties in this conference are from different well known centres of India and the world. They are the pioneer Surgeons in the development and practice of orthopedic procedures. We are grateful to all the delegates for their encouraging reciprocation in form of registrations in huge numbers and abstract submission.
