2 WELCOME TO GOACON 2019 Dear Colleagues, GOACON 2019 has been designed as an event to cater to the needs of orthopaedic surgeons of all levels - from veterans to beginners and post graduate trainees. The programme has been thoughtfully planned in a way that each delegate gets anopportunity to build on the basics to address the day to day challenges of clinical practice. Though GOACON 2019 is a state-level conference, it will be a national level affair with faculty from all over India as well as the international level including the USA, the UK, Singapore and other countries. Special features: Pre-conference workshops on Fracture in children-beyond the basics, Advance arthroplasty, Complex upperlimb trauma.
