3 SPX1117 Product Family Introduction: This product family characterization was done as part of the qualification of Sipex s fabrication site transfer from Sipex s Hillview Fab in Milpitas, CA, to a contract foundry, Silan, in Hangzhou, China. This characterization report summarizes data for the SPX1117 product characteristics and contains distributions for all parameters. A complete listing of the product numbers covered by this characterization report is included in the Conclusion section of this report. Wafer Fab: Silan Fab Location: Hangzhou, China Process: BP1 Bipolar Characterization Procedure: Lot number(s): SPXBPTC (Silan) Temperatures: Ambient, 85C, -4C Tester: LTX Test Program: SPX1117CET_ADJ_1_FT_ENG Page 3 of 6 8/16/26

5 SPX1117 Product Family Conclusion: Characterization data over temperature and Vcc range show datasheet parameters meet the spec. Cpk s for most parameters are comparable between Hillview and Silan although many show a strong temperature dependence that tends to produce lower Cpk s in this analysis. The performance of SPX1117 parts fabricated at Silan are comparable to the current SPX1117 parts built from the Hillview fab. This characterization applies to the following SP117 family of product part numbers. SPX1117HM3 SPX1117M3-L-5- SPX1117HM3-1-5 SPX28AM3 SPX1117HM3-1-8 SPX28AM3-1-5 SPX1117HM3-2-5 SPX28AM3-2-5 SPX1117HM SPX28AM3-3- SPX1117HM3-3- SPX28AM3-3-3 SPX1117HM3-3-3 SPX28AM3-L SPX1117HM3-5- SPX28AM3-L-1-5 SPX1117HM3-L SPX28AM3-L-2-5 SPX1117HM3-L-1-5 SPX28AM3-L-3- SPX1117HM3-L-1-8 SPX28AM3-L-3-3 SPX1117HM3-L-2-5 SPX28AM3-L-5- SPX1117HM3-L-2-85 SPX28M3 SPX1117HM3-L-3- SPX28M3-1-5 SPX1117HM3-L-3-3 SPX28M3-1-8 SPX1117HM3-L-5- SPX28M3-2-5 SPX1117M3 SPX28M3-2-8 SPX1117M3-1-5 SPX28M SPX1117M3-1-8 SPX28M3-3- SPX1117M3-2-5 SPX28M3-3-3 SPX1117M SPX28M3-5- SPX1117M3-3- SPX28M3-L SPX1117M3-3-3 SPX28M3-L-1-5 SPX1117M3-5- SPX28M3-L-1-8 SPX1117M3-L SPX28M3-L-2-5 SPX1117M3-L-1-5 SPX28M3-L-2-8 SPX1117M3-L-1-8 SPX28M3-L-2-85 SPX1117M3-L-2-5 SPX28M3-L-3- SPX1117M3-L-2-85 SPX28M3-L-3-3 SPX1117M3-L-3- SPX28M3-L-5- SPX1117M3-L-3-3 Page 5 of 6 8/16/26
