5 Aktuelni bakterijski patogeni I: multirezistentni sojevi bakterija (MRSA, VRE, multirezistentne enterične bakterije, multirezistentne Gram negativne nefermentujuće bakterije, multirezistentni i ekstenzivno rezistentni Mycobacterium tuberculosis). Aktuelni bakterijski patogeni II: oportunističke bakterije (koagulaza negativne stafilokoke, Clostridium difficile, netuberkulozne mikobakterije, Rhodococcus equi i druge). 6 Important informations and rules on subject: MICROBIOLOGY 2 nd Academic year 2012/13 Course in Microbiology consists of three teaching areas: Bacteriology, Virology and Parasitology with Mycology. Class attendance is obliged, and only in the term schedule. This allows for a maximum of 2 absences from seminars / exercises without compensation per semester, but in summer semester absences must be from different areas. The final MARK from subject Microbiology is formed as follows: 30% of pre-exam assessment activities (colloquiums and evaluation activities) 20% practical exam grades 50% final test Pre-Exam Activities include taking colloquiums and evaluation of students' activities during school hours. Each colloquiums in the final evaluation carry maximum 20%, and student activities from a maximum of 10%. Colloquiums During the school year, there are two colloquiums: the end of the winter semester - Microbiology I and second at the end of the summer semester colloquium- Microbiology II. The maximum number of points that a student can win the Colloquium I was 35, and also the 35th Colloquium II. For each test shall be organized into two terms. Obliged to go out in the first period, while the second output only students who have failed the test in the first term and those who receive the approval of the Department on the basis of medical justification for the absence of the first term tests. Passed the colloquium where students achieve at least 51% of the maximum number of points. Failed the colloquium (0-50% points) does not carry points in the final rating and is calculated as 0. To exit the practical and final examination the student is NOT required to have passed a preliminary exams (regardless of the obligation on them to come). Passed the test is valid for 2 academic years. EVALUATION ACTIVITIES student during school carries so reward points. The maximum number of points in this way they can win is 35 as follows: Area points: Bacteriology 17 Virology 9 Parasitology with Mycology 9 TOTAL 35

7 Therefore, the total number of points with pre-exam activities that can achieve the maximum is 105, and the students who thus win 85 or more points, RELEASE the practical part of the examination in the academic year in which they listen to classes. Thus passed the skill test carries a maximum of 20% of the final grade. PRACTICAL exam are taken in the form of a CONVERSATION. Passed the practical exam, except for a period in which the pass is valid even following the exams (a total of three test periods). MARK ON FINAL TEST in MICROBIOLOGY II Academy year 2011/12 Total number of questions/points on Final Test in Microbiology are 100: 50 Bacteriology 26 Virology 24 Parasitology with Micology Half from total number of points 51 is needed for passing.
