The mass had progressively enlarged for six months. There were no vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea in the history. Physical examination:left-abdominal mass, tenderness (-).

29 Medical History General data: Male,1y & 1m Chief complaint:mass was found in left lower limb for more than 1 year. History of present illness:when the baby was born, his parents noted that the baby s left lower limb was obvious thicker than the right lower limb. And pale yellow and soft leg hair can be visible in the middle area of the left leg. The mass can be touched from upper leg to lower leg. The mass begins from inguinal region and end in ankle joint. The mass is stiff and inactive. Surface skin temperature is obviously up, no redness and swelling, no tenderness, no local wave motion. Left hip joint moves well, but left lower limb is dysfunctional.

37 Medical History General data:male,6-month-old. Chief complaint: intermittent fever with high CRP 20 days. History of present illness:the patient sufferd from intermittent fever over 20 days. The temperature fluctuations between 37.8 and 38.8, accompanied by cough, vomit and diarrhea. After treatment these symptoms were relieved except fever and high CRP. Since the disease,no changes in consciousness,appetite,body weigt and stool and urine are normal.

Abdominal ultrasound, chest CT and physical examination showed no abnormalities.
