2 Chest x-ray is required for all pregnant US Immigrant Visa applicants, without exception. You can of course defer your medical until after the end of your pregnancy if you do not wish to have the x-ray. There is no waiver available for pregnant women! Please allow 2-3 hours for the physical examination, chest x-ray and blood test. Approximately 2 days after your examination we will receive your blood test results and complete your medical which is then collected by a courier service who will deliver the documents directly to the consulate. As an Upfront Medical Applicant you do not need to bring this form. A currently valid passport (photocopies are not accepted!)
