13 ARDMS School Report Provided at no charge to Program Director Requires written request Must have had a least three candidates who passed examination ARDMS school report includes: Names of candidates who passed examination, credential Aggregate examination and raw score results Percentage of candidates who passed an examination Reports do not include individual raw scores or names of candidates who failed

14 2017 Prerequisites Simplified requirements e.g. no need to submit copy of medical school diploma Proof of licensure Interpretation experience; up to 100 of 500 required cases may be simulated or didactic Submission of case log Currently, case log required to be available for audit

15 Documentation of Experience Patient log or other record of interpretation experience with a minimum of 500 vascular laboratory studies Must be maintained for at least three years following date of application Audit may be requested No patient identifying information submitted to APCA, but need to have records that can verify interpretation Log must include: Date Testing area Clinical or simulated/didactic Name supervising physician/medical director Clinical site

16 PVI Practice Examination Provides familiarization with test format $25 fee Practice examination simulates computer interface used in test center environment 30 sample questions 30 minute time limit ed report with number of questions answered correctly No information about which questions were missed No feedback about areas of strengths and weaknesses Not intended as study aide Report is a general indication of knowledge Practice tests results should not be used to predict performance on actual examination
