5 Agilent Transducers Open a Window Into the Body The transducer options available for the ImagePoint Hx system ensure you have the probe you need for a variety of patients and studies. Harmonic imaging with or without the optional contrast package is available in 2-D mode. Harmonic imaging is delivered through two transducers now available on the ImagePoint Hx system. These are the Ultraband S4 sector and Ultraband c3540 curved linear transducers. For additional flexibility the c3540 transducer offers your choice of two frequency pairs for harmonic exams. Now available on the ImagePoint Hx system, Agilent s high-resolution intraoperative transducer is ideal for surgical imaging in all modes. The small footprint and ergonomic handle provide easy access through minimal incisions. Also ideal for non-surgical applications such as superficial scanning, the transducer is optimized for imaging at 0 3 cm. All Agilent imaging transducers offer multifrequency imaging, enabling you to optimize penetration and resolution without changing transducers. Furthermore, frequency agility lets you image at higher frequencies for best image while simultaneously performing Doppler at lower frequencies for optimal color, saving you time and effort.
