2 Featuring Shoulder trauma / Rotator cuff / Arthritis Current concept review / My daily practice / Live Surgical Demonstrations Course intention During this course, we try to bring a practical overview on 3 topics concerning shoulder pathology. On each topic, we have a current concept lecture of 30 minutes by an eminent speaker. This is followed by 3 to 4 short lectures of 10 minutes by experienced faculty members for that topic. During these lectures, they talk about how they treat this pathology in their daily practice, focusing on the practical surgical aspects. This goes from patient installation over which instruments they use, to assistant and radioscopy position. In summary, all aspects we like to see when visiting a surgeon in his own OR. The presentations are followed by Live Surgery to show all tips and tricks for every subject. General Information Course Venue Conference Hall Imelda Hospital Bonheiden Imeldalaan Bonheiden (Belgium) Hotel accommodation : Hotel Vé, Vismarkt Mechelen We changed the conference hotel for a location in the centre of Mechelen. This way, the first day topics can be discussed with a nice local bear at the Vismarkt, the heart of Mechelen! A hotel room for Friday night can be booked for you by the course organization. A transfer is organized from the course venue to Hotel Vé, Vismarkt Mechelen, on Friday evening at hrs and return Saturday at 8.00 hrs. The price for the room is 80,00 euro and should be paid with the registration fee.
