Give an account of: narrate a series of events or transactions TASK DESCRIPTION: Students are to research and prepare a report on ONE contemporary that illustrates how the law operates. 2 Your report should include each of the following headings: Introduction: Provide a brief outline of the topic chosen, including key groups/people, dates and places Explain how society has influenced the you have chosen, making clear what the fundamental legal problem is. Discuss the effectiveness of the legal system in addressing your. Ensure that you provide both the strengths and weaknesses of the legal system. Evaluate the effectiveness of the legal and non-legal responses to your chosen. Your evaluations should consider: - Resource efficiency - Accessibility - Enforceability - Responsiveness - Protection of individual rights - Meeting society s needs Account for the perspective of one key group related to your. Conclusion: Briefly state the current status of the /or key group.
