By losing this weight I can live a healthier and more active lifestyle along with my spouse. Eat healthy and work out regularly. I have already started and will maintain steady weight loss until I lose it all within two years. My spouse has agreed to workout with me at the gym and support my overall goals. So far I have lost five pounds and thanks to the support of my spouse it's been fairly easy. I will continue to use him/her for motivation.
