2 Spirals: organizing forces in life The spiral is the sign of the eternal, creative, organizing force or principle at work in the universe - and especially of the ongoing creation of consciousness. It is a divine mark on nature, seems to be integral to physical growth, and it is the symbolic pattern of human spiritual growth.

Soft factors: Communication, leadership, culture the catalysors for change Hard factors: Strategy, goals, structure/key business processes the navigators for change
