1 6) Principle of Creating Synergy is a result of applying all the previous principles. Synergy is a principle of creative cooperation, which says that the whole is much more than just a sum of its parts. Relations between parts have value on their own.
2 Synergy between people involves not only their characters, mutual relationships, structure, organization but also common experiences There are people who enter our lives, leave footprints in our hearts And we are never the same.
3 How much of wonderful wealth of human experience would be lost If there were no obstacles that have to be overcome. The beautiful moments on the top wouldn't mean half as much If there weren't dark valleys and obstacles to go through first. H.Keller
4 Levels of Communication The core for creating synergic relationships is synergic communication in which we open our mind, heart and feelings to new possibilities. We can never be sure where it will take us. We need to have enough personal security, openness, creativity and some sense for adventure. Many people have never experienced even low levels of synergy. Those who have, though, are forever enriched by this experience.
5 Creating something new is so much more than just learning from the old. Experiencing synergy is more than just talking about it. This experience often completely changes people. Synergic team multiplies virtues of all its members and eliminates their imperfections. For it is necessary a high level of trust and cooperation.

7 Defensive communication governs groups where "laws of the jungle" are applied. Where people are engaged with defending themselves, they focus on themselves and seek emergency exists in case they fail. The atmosphere is full of distrust and unwillingness to risk anything. Respectful communication is significant for its respect but also trying to avoid confrontation or conflict. Both parties give and take and there is only fragile balance. People feel rather secure but don't open to creative possibilities, which apart from great opportunities necessarily bring conflicts too.
8 Synergic communication is significant for a high level of trust and cooperation and plenty of common experiences (even in different environments). Such communication produces much better solutions that those suggested by any of the participating and everybody is aware of that.
9 A new common culture is created everyone is experiencing creative process. Instead of compromise they look for the best possible solution. Both brain hemispheres are engaged in creative process. Only those collide with each other who walk on the same road
10 Methods of Creative Work Brainstorming stimulates collective activity and productivity. It comes from the assumption that common ways of thinking and solving problems can make us blind. New ideas and nonstandard visions are obstructed by habitual mechanisms of our consciousness. The essence of the method is to produce as many ideas for a solution as possible. The ideas are collected (written down) and only when nobody has any more ideas, they are evaluated as for their usefulness. Methods enhancing associations: strengthening intuition - yoga, evaluating things from the opposite point of view, 535, confrontation of individual expert opinions, Bono hats etc.
11 Methods of Creative Work - 2 The core of synergic communication lies in appreciating differences because the essence of relationships is in variety of opinions and attitudes. By respecting our differences we learn how to appreciate ourselves as well as honour other people. In spite of the fact, that we see things differently both of us can be right (see paradigm shift). In organizations this gives us a chance not only to put the right person in the right place but also to create the right place for a particular person.
12 Force Field Analysis If we want to bring about a change in any current level of performance, which is not working, to achieve a higher level, many different contradicting forces will get activated:
13 Force Field - 2 A sociologist Kurt Lewin developed the analysis in which he describes any current level of performance or being as a state of equilibrium between driving and restraining forces. Driving forces encourage growth and are reasonable, logical, conscious, and economic. Restraining forces discourage development and are often illogical, emotional, negative, and unconscious. They need to be defrosted and gradually eliminated.
14 People who say it is not possible shouldn't disturb those who are doing it. Both types of forces are objective and have to be considered while making any changes. If we only increase the driving forces and start ignoring the restricting ones we often can't move ahead. For example: We have created a situation where we are pressing the accelerator and the break at the same time.
15 The key to synergic relations in the public dimension is synergy inside of us (principles 1 to 3). It gives us enough energy and security to be able to enter the risk of open insecure negotiation. Synergy is a principle that governs the nature; ecology comes from it. Everything is interrelated and a change in any one part affects the whole system. This principle also governs the whole system of effective habits. Their real power and force lies in relations between them.
16 One possible way to solve a problem in a company. Everybody involved will 1) Prepare and anonymous characteristic of all priority problems (in order of importance as felt subjectively) and specific suggestions for their solution. 2) Familiarize themselves with all the suggestion (they will obtain them in writing). This gives them a chance to understand different problems and opinions as well as ideas for solution. 3) Learn about the essence of the effective habits - at least 4 to 6 (the public dimension). 4) Meet up with an aim to listen to suggestions evoked by knowing the issue (not repeating problems and seeking causes, reasons, and someone to blame). They are ready to create new suggestions and ideas, and use synergy instead of defending themselves or hiding behind others.
