3 Objectives By the end of this session each participant will be able to: Identify your strongest personality type from 4 profiles Identify differences between each personality style Identify characteristics and style attributes to help communicate and interact more effectively
4 Overview and Expectations Your interaction and participation is critical Allow yourself to be a learner Expect unfinished business Keep notes throughout the session as you uncover new ideas and information
5 Overview The more you understand about the basic personality styles that are different from yours, the faster you will be able to connect and build relationships. Establish trust and confidence faster Communicate more effectively All four personality types have clear identifiable tendencies and traits. You may find yourself a combination of all styles. Identifying the personality indicators can allow you to alter your style to match others For the most effective communication you do not want to alienate those who aren t your same personality style.
6 Profiling Activity Rank each of the variables in the 4 quadrants as they describe you Don t overthink the answers On a 4 to 1 scale 4 is most like you 3 is moderately like you 2 is moderately not like you 1 is not like you at all Total the points in each quadrant Label the quadrants 1-4 with 1 being your highest score down to 4
