Factor Analysis of Personality s Targets Formation Within Creative Activity on the Basis of TRIZ Terekhova G.V., Ph.D, Assistant Professor of the Theoretical and Applied Psychology Department, State Pedagogical University, Chelyabinsk Abstract The basis of the academic research is the Theory of Creative Life Strategy (TCLS). The paper contents the solution to the problem of diagnostics of personality in a TRIZ-based creative activity and the evaluation model of targets awareness. The model is based on the personality's attitudes which are manifested in professional activity according to the following signs: functionality nonfunctionality, systematic non-systematic, monolectic dialectic polylectic, ideality reality, resourceability non-resourceability, and also reflexivity non-reflexivity as accessory to determine targets awareness. The factors for the distribution analysis of the manifestations of the signs based on functional, dialectic, systematic, ideal, resource, reflexive approaches are defined during the study. The characteristics of factors: Functional trend in creative activity, Systematic completeness of creative achievements, Dialectics of creative achievements, Orientation of creativeness to ideal, Resource trend for achievement creative results, Reflexive trend of creative activity are also presented. The diagnostics gives the possibility of drawing a portrait of personality for levels: High, mid, low. The subjects of various types of professions have participated in approbation of the diagnostics (a singer-actor, the Head of the University Department, a sportman-extremal, an inventor, a graduate from MGIMO, pedagogs-teachers of TRIZ, developers of TRIZ, a docent, a professor, a division superintendent, the Director of an enterprise, Principal), as well as students of Technical and Humanitarian Universities. Probationers age: from 19 up to 60 years. The total number of recipients is 150. The data give opportunities to reveal distribution values of factors and levels for assessment of learning TRIZ and using its components such as a the scale of the set target; the presence of target system; the ability to reach the target (working ability, resistibility, the ability to plan creative activity, and etc..); methods of hitting the target; achieving and evaluating the result in the problemsolving process. For each factor minimum and maximum values are defined. Introduction The challenge of personality s targets formation in creative activity has been the object of study for various sciences: Pedagogics, Psychology, Psychophysiology, Sociology, etc. The peculiarities of person s targets formation on the basis of TRIZ are reflected in choice of theories which are

fundamental for this science, and they have determined methodological approaches in studying the problem: dialectic, system-based, functional, source, ideal. Methodological aspects of studying the problem concerning creative personality's formation on the basis of TRIZ are represented in the papers of the following researches: G.S. Altshuller, I.М. Vertkin, I.L. Vikentyev, А.А. Ghin, М.S. Gafitulin, B.L. Zlotin, G.I. Ivanov, А.L. Khamin, V..А. Korolev, S.S. Litvin, V.V. Likholetov, М.I. Meyerovich, I.N. Murashovska, А.А. Nesterenko, G.I. Parenchick, V.М. Petrov, Т.А. Sidorchuck, А.B. Sokol, N.N. Khomenko, V.А. Shiryaeva, L.I. Shraghina, and etc. The process of personality s targets formation in creative activity is reflected in the Theory of Creative Life Strategy (TCLS) [1]. As regards TRIZ, target can not be the product of activity itself, the determining feature of creative personality, the result of achievement of personhood in creative (productive) activity [2]. That is why the analysis of targets formation process should reflect personality evaluation in intermediate (while doing the tasks in accordance with the objective) or final results of the activity (objective achievement), research trend, idea, idealization, resource, contradiction, setting a problem, model, image, solving the contradiction, recognizable cognitive and personal changes, and etc., and also the next or transformed target. On the basis of the above-determined approaches personality s diagnostics has been developed, which is the source of obtaining the information about the scale of the set target; the presence of target system; the ability to reach the target (working ability, resistibility, the ability to plan creative activity, and etc..); methods of hitting the target; achieving and evaluating the result. The acquired information allows determining the direction of creative activity based on the following factors: functionality non-functionality, systematic non-systematic, monolectic dialectic polylectic, ideality reality, resourceability non-resourceability, and also reflexivity non-reflexivity as accessory to determine targets awareness. As a result of using the diagnostics it is possible to range personality manifestation by levels of awareness of reaching the Target in creative activity, where briefly and indirectly, based on manifestations, functional, dialectic, systematic, ideal, resource, reflexive attitudes, personality orientation in creative (productive) activity has been determined. The form of obtaining information is distributed on the levels (high, mid, low) of attitudes (regulators based upon needs, motives, values, relations, means), reflecting the ability to perform creative activity consciously. Factors Let us present the characteristics of analysis factors. Factor 1: Functional trend in creative activity It characterizes the level of awareness: target perspective, scale of problems being solved, personality development in creative activity.

High level of target awareness characterizes the personality targeting the result of high level creativity. The target is the determining factor in the creative activity of the personality. Mid level of target awareness characterizes the personality targeting the solution of current actual tasks. On this level of awareness the personality is able to accept the external target and to make it the direction vector of one s development. Low level of target awareness characterizes the personality targeting executive activities. On this level of awareness personal aim is not preferable to the aims of other people and is not the determining factor in creative development. Factor 2: Systematic completeness of creative achievements It characterizes the level of systematic awareness: logic of target achievement, requirements to personal contribution into the target achievements, achievements planning, methods choice, responsibility for the achieved result. High level of systematic completeness of creative achievements is characterized by awareness of obtaining creative results, support on logic links between value of target set, personal abilities and demands in its achievements, skill to govern own results, readiness to take the responsibility for the obtained result of creative work. Mid level of systematic completeness of creative achievements is characterized by awareness of personality s own value in the process of creative work, individual perspectives, satisfaction of own ambitions. The target achievement for the personality is means of satisfaction of own actual (current, today s) needs, and the obtained result is a new possibility of own development. Low level of systematic completeness of creative achievements is characterized by unawareness of means, methods of target achievement, value of obtained results. On this level of awareness the personality is not able to govern own achievements, to take the responsibility for the obtained results. Intermediate results stimulate creative development only due to external approval and are just a coincidence for the personality. Factor 3: Dialectics of creative achievements It characterizes the level of awareness: role of contradictions in target achievement; directive in target achievement: monolectics, dialectics, polylectics; reasons for contradictions appearance; conflict resolutions (in space and time).

High level of dialectic awareness of achievements characterizes taking into consideration extremities in targets achievement; purposive use of mechanism of unequal development of system parts; skill to obtain the result resolving the conflicts in space and time. Mid level of dialectic awareness of achievements characterizes the accounting of solutions variability (polylecticity) including opposed values of result, the ability to solve tasks consequently conforming the current tasks at the level of consequence. Lower level of dialectic awareness of achievements characterizes monolecticity (unidirectionality) of the results, the absence of conflict resolution experience, and situation of low target achievement. Factor 4: Orientation of creativeness to ideal It characterizes the awareness of ideal result formation, forming its process, estimation in terms of the increasing degree of ideality, orientation on ideality, formation of ideal final result. High level characterizes the availability of target system, adjustments for getting results proximal to ideal, making ideal final result as a level of solving targeted tasks, taking decision being aware of changes in system as a bearer of the function towards an ideal, awareness of perfection as a criteria of decision evaluation. Mid level characterizes awareness of decision making at the analogs basis, experience analysis, direction to current changes, tasks-oriented transformation at the basis of modern views, facts, evaluation as regards effectiveness. Low level characterizes decision making on the basis of instinct, enumeration of possibilities, situational trend in the target achievement, decision evaluation in terms of expert estimation. Factor 5: Resource trend for achievement creative results It characterizes awareness of resources management: resources as a necessary stage in the target achievement, resource accounting and analysis, availability of resource selection strategy, resource use. High level characterizes awareness of resources as primary decision element, selection of means for the target achievement as parameter (characteristic) of decision image approximating objective realization, ability to obtain high level result with minimal costs, management of temporal and spatial resources of the objective achievement. Mid level characterizes trend of the objective achievement on the basis of formed external circumstances ideas of expediency of use one or another means, decision making in terms of

performance analysis of possessed extrasystemic resources, partially controlled process of the target achievement. Low level characterizes unconsciousness of objects of problem situation as resources, getting results on the basis of means scan, uncontrolled process of the target achievement, satisfaction of any obtained solutions, spontaneity of receiving result. Factor 6: Reflexive trend of creative activity It characterizes awareness of: specialized intellectual instruments application, contention upheld necessity, resistance, adaptation in unusual conditions, trends in the actions, necessity of constant improvement as a result of the target achievement, review and analysis of result. High level characterizes the personality who is capable of obtaining high level result of creative activity in terms of own experience restructuring, purposeful following problem algorithm, capable of defending own ideas using multiobjective approach to the estimated results, permanent improvement intent. Mid level characterizes the personality who is capable of obtaining result in terms of experience, use of earlier received partial solutions, modifications of available results of operations able to promote and estimate result in the area of activity providing success. Low level characterizes the personality who is solving the situation problems based on experience, capable to generate one-type decision options, insecure of own results, depending on external evaluation of operating results. Approbation 150 persons voluntarily agreed to engage in approbation of diagnostics. Probationers gave the following information on their positions: a singer-actor, the Head of the University Department, a sportman-extremal, an inventor, a graduate from MGIMO, pedagogs-teachers of TRIZ, developers of TRIZ, a docent, a professor, a division superintendent, the Director of an enterprise, Principal, students of Technical and Humanitarian Universities. Probationers age: from 19 up to 60 years. The portrait of personalities' maximum and minimum values for this data fetch are presented below. Distribution of the subjects for levels of manifestation of factors (%) levels / factors High Mid Low Factor 1: Functional trend in creative activity Factor 2: Systematic completeness of creative achievements Factor 3: Dialectics of creative achievements

Factor 4: Orientation of creativeness to ideal Factor 5: Resource trend for achievement creative results Factor 6: Reflexive trend of creative activity Maximum: a manifestation "Functional trend in creative activity" factor is mid level - 66%, for the factor "Dialectics of creative achievements" - mid level 62 %, for factor "Resource trend for achievement creative results" - high level 58 %. Minimum: a manifestation for factor "Resource trend for achievement creative results" is mid level (2 %), a manifestation for factor "Functional trend in creative activity" - low level (2 %) and manifestation for factor "Systematic completeness of creative achievements" - low level (2 %). Conclusion The development of this direction, we believe, will improve the quality of TRIZ mastering, to identify the individual commitment to solving creative problems on the basis of TRIZ, to provide training in accordance with the individual characteristics of the solver. Using diagnosis improves the efficiency of problem-solving personality on the basis of TRIZ. The study allows to improve TRIZ-based problem solving process and also gives the opportunities of making recommendations on its father development. References 1. Altshuller G.S., Vertkin I.M.
