2 The 6 Vital Keys to Turn Visualization Into Manifestation First, some insight to the process; what it is, how it works and your role in it. The clearer you understand, the better it will be. Manifesting a different reality into your life, other than that you are experiencing presently, is what we know as the Law of Attraction (LOA). It s essential to understand that this Universal Law is as real as any other, such as the Law of Gravity. And you do not have to believe in the Law of Gravity in order for it to work. It works regardless of your belief... because beliefs are not facts. No matter what we all believe, fact and Universal Laws will continue without struggle or force... and always prevail. However, once you can accept a thought about what may be new information for you, and then apply it, you just may be surprised how you can have a new reality. Not just have, meaning experience, but you actually get to help mold and co-create your new reality. You see, as I stated previously, Universal Laws work all the time, no matter what you believe. But what exactly is the Law of Attraction? The Law of Attraction simply says that you attract into your life whatever you think about. Your dominant thoughts will find a way to manifest into your reality... negative or positive, it doesn t matter. It is energy attracting alike energy and all things are energy, most importantly our thoughts. Your thoughts have such power they have helped mold your present existence. Keep reading... When Einstein was asked, What s it like to be the smartest man in the world? He replied. Ask Nikola Tesla and tell me what he said. And Nikola Tesla told us that in order to understand The Universe, we must understand: Energy Frequency - Vibration Without going into an entry course on physics, just know that everything that exists, as the energy form it is, and all things are energy, has a vibration. And in order to attract what we desire, our thoughts must match the frequency of the vibration of what we desire in order for it to manifest into our personal reality. 2

3 We commonly say, Did you feel that person s vibe? And what we re referring to is a feeling you get from the person, even if there was no communication. Have you ever stopped to think about what that really means? A vibe is short for vibration. Our thoughts and feelings emit from us a vibration. And that energy vibration will only attract other energy vibrations that are alike... or on the same frequency, while repelling what s not alike. That s all we ll need to understand for now. When you apply the process of visualizing and use the 6 Vital Keys I will share with you, things happen. Big things can happen. Even things beyond your conscious comprehension as to how it could have happened. This is when life gets really interesting. But Tom, you re preaching to the choir I get it. You may be someone who is well aware and has actually applied the Law of Attraction on purpose but for some reason or reasons just can t seem to get the results you desire... or any at all. No problem. Toss the worry aside and let s get started as if it was all a new, fresh start. 3

4 The 6 Vital Keys to Turn Visualization Into Manifestation A key is used to open a lock that prevents access. These 6 Vital Keys will help you unlock your inner power and connection to the Universe itself. Once you understand and apply the process of visualization... using these 6 Vital Keys... you will find the secret to attracting into your life what you desire and to live with more intention and happiness. Act As If You may have heard this phrase before... act as if. It is well known that in order to become what you desire... to reach a personal goal... you need to act as if it already exists. This allows your thoughts to be focused on the end result, as if it already has happened. The more you do this, the better your chances are at becoming or attracting desires into your life. However... that s not all you need to know. This is where it gets fun... 4

5 What The Mind Perceives You may have heard the phrase, What the mind perceives the body achieves. This concept and Universal truth has been written about in all cultures through the history of time. It actually has 3 parts... What the mind conceives and believes, the body achieves. The body receives can be also translated to a physical reality as well... manifesting something into your life... the end achievement of the visualization process. Visualizing What You Desire to Manifest Albert Einstein said, Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge will get you from point A to point B, but imagination will take you anywhere. Here s the most basic thing to understand when visualizing to manifest anything into your reality using the Law of Attraction... Using your imagination, Act As If you already have, already are, or already do what you desire when visualizing... meaning whatever it is you are manifesting already exists in your life. 5

6 Let s Get Started Imagination (visualizing) is the greatest power within us all but unfortunately we have not been taught it or how to use it to our advantage. Once you grasp what I am sharing and apply it daily, your life will be one without struggle. So let s look at how you will do this in order to change your life and live on purpose from now on... not by accident and hoping things go well while struggling along the way. Let me remind you... when visualizing, the idea is to create in your imagery / imagination what you desire as if it already exists. This is because the subconscious mind, where we interact when we get our conscious thinking mind out of the way, does not know the difference between imagining something or actually doing it. Example: if you sit and imagine sucking on a ripe, fresh, wet, juicy lemon, you will get a physical response as if you did it. The better you can match the imagery to the real experience, the more your mind believes and accepts what you are imagining as being real. Look at that again... for it is important to understand. This is why the 6 Vital Keys MUST be applied when visualizing or you will not be as effective in your manifestations. 6

7 The 6 Vital Keys to Turn Visualization Into Manifestation NOTE: There is no order to the 6 Vital Keys. They are all applied during the visualization process. First Person Point of View Remember... the idea is to match what you imagine as closely as possible to what the reality of it would be like. And a mistake people make when visualizing is they watch themselves doing whatever they are doing. That would be impossible in your reality. When imagining / visualizing... you must be seeing things as you would see them in a real situation. Present Tense Even though what you desire and are visualizing in order to manifest it, the mind and Universe only know present moment time. Therefore, imagine what you desire already exists in your life. It s yours, you have it, you own it, etc. Apply All Senses Without being aware of it, your senses are always activated and responding to your reality all the time. However, when visualizing, there needs to be this awareness of including all of your senses in the imagery. Imagining in itself is using the ability to see in our imagination. But what are the sounds in your visualization... what does it sound like? What other senses can you activate in your imagery? Is there scent, taste, touch, etc.? Make it as real as you can and you will have more of an effect when visualizing. Details Details Details We really have no clue as to how much information we pull into our minds. There is a saying, We see what we don t see and we hear what we don t hear. We subconsciously gather details that we consciously miss or overlook. Include as much detail as you can in your imagery when visualizing. 7

8 If you visualized owning a new car, what does the stitching look like on the seats? How does the steering wheel feel in your hands? What does it smell like and how does it feel looking out of the windshield. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Emotion / Feelings Including the actual emotion or feeling of what it s like to live a life that you visualize may be the most important piece to it all. It s thought and feeling energy that create the frequency at which we vibrate. And when we raise our frequency, we attract better things... the best things. Consistency Daily Practice Just for a moment... imagine your mind as if it were a garden and those created thoughts you are now making positive and intentional are the seeds you plant. It doesn t end there. We need to interact and cultivate the garden. Water the seeds to give them a chance to grow. Your daily practice of visualizing your life as you desire, using the 6 Vital Keys, is like tending to the garden. Be consistent and visualize daily to reinforce your belief and your desires. Enjoy the process, embrace it and you will soon be living the life you intentionally desire and now visualize daily. It s the Law (of Attraction). That s right... there IS more.
