Establish medication consulting station in local pharmacies and train volunteers for home visit and medication safety training courses 2. Design home visit checklist and regular visit and transferal procedure for volunteers to investigate the medication of the target group; for cases that require individual assistance, volunteers can refer them to medication consulting station. 3. Analyze questionnaire on medication to identify potential issues as the focus plan on advocacy next year. 5

Project 1: Disaster Drill and Evacuation in Old Tribe (Disaster Prevention) Target: The 359 people in 75 households in Jingdong Borough and Bojia Borough (old tribes alone slopes) Evacuate residents in the old tribes when disaster occurs Disaster Prevention Evacuation Transport ictims and Supplies Resettlement Comfort ictims Medical Care, Water Supply and Disinfection Cleaning The evacuation procedure for residents in the slope Project 2: Facilitating Unimpeded Alleys for Anti-disaster (Disaster Prevention) Target: Boroughs and neighborhoods in Wenshan District 1. For road safety, we limit alleys fewer than 8 meters to park on one side, keep no parking in the fire escape and plan the walkways to keep people from the vehicles. 2. Shifting easily broken tree hazards to preserve a flat pass way for pedestrians 6

9 Suicide prevention (self-inflected injuries): Project 1: Safe Seed Class- Suicide Prevention Training (Intentional Injury Prevention) Target: Cadre of District Office, head of borough and neighborhood, community resource unit (such as community development association, volunteers of care-giving centers) Invite direct community service workers to be seed members and attend training program. Uniting the home safety group, relevant service workers visit the high-risk case, identify suicide prone residents and invite professionals for counseling.
